Dalam matematik, teorem nombor perdana (PNT) menerangkan taburan asimptotik nombor perdana antara integer positif. Ia memformalkan idea intuitif bahawa bilangan prima menjadi kurang biasa apabila ia menjadi lebih besar dengan mengukur kadar di mana ini berlaku dengan tepat. Teorem ini telah dibuktikan secara bebas oleh Jacques Hadamard dan Charles Jean de la Vallée Poussin pada tahun 1896 menggunakan idea yang diperkenalkan oleh Bernhard Riemann (khususnya, fungsi zeta Riemann).
