Sudhir Saha
Dr. Sudhir Saha recently retired from his position as a professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management in the faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Dr. Saha joined Memorial in September of 1980. He has teaching experiences with many other universities including the University of British Columbia in Canada, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong, Rajshahi University in Bangladesh, The Lahore University of Management Sciences in Pakistan, The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in India, the Czech Management Centre in the Czech Republic and the Assumption University of Thailand. Dr. Saha has also worked with the Federal Government of Canada for a brief period in the Canada Employment division. Funded by Canadian International Development Agency, Dr. Saha has provided enrichment workshops for professors in Bangladesh and Nepal.Dr. Saha has published more than sixty research papers on organizational behaviour topics such as leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, managerial attitude and managerial stress, employment discrimination. Much of his research work also concerns comparative and international management issues concerning human resource management practices. He has conducted research investigations on people and organizations in Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Nepal, Pakistan, and Russia.
