Kevin Ryde: I hadn't paid attention to that. There's no inverse permutation yet, but if there was one then it'd want offset 1 here yes? I think. Related permutations A081344 (turn left at "2") and A093650 (turn left at "3") are both offset=1.
A081350 etc are "point numbers" on the axes, so their offset 0 is for reckoning X=0 or Y=0 as the origin. They should be ok.
EXAMPLE
Starting with 1,2,3,4, turn (LL) and then repeat (RRR)(LLL) to get:
