I hold an A.B. in Math from Columbia University (1958), an A.M. in Applied Math from Harvard University (1965), and a Ph.D. in Math from Polyechnic Institute of Brooklyn (1972). I have been employed since 1982 at San Francisco State University, where I am Professor of Mathematics. My mathematical interests include number theory, combinatorics, and applications of number theory to algebra.
