Use the correct Persian Wikipedia logo on mobile site (by editing the SVG file)

Description

Please use the attached logo for the mobile version of fawiki (file also available at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia_wordmark-fa.svg)

Please use a width of 80px and a height of 30px in the CSS.

Additionally, please also use this logo on the mobile app as well.

I deployed it on canary nodes and then reverted it, this needs more work for compliance with SVG coding convention and minification and ratio and some other stuff, will work on it in the weekend.
