When a discussion I am subscribed to, and expecting to receive notifications about, is moved to another page or merged into another discussion, I want to be made aware A) what page said discussion was been moved or B) what new discussion the original discussion I was subscribed to has been merged into, so that that I can recognize future notifications about said discussion as being from the discussion I'd originally subscribed to and visit said discussion in its new context/location.
