I'm just an ordinary wiki user (not an admin, steward, sysadmin, developer, etc.). My home wiki is the English Wikipedia, but I have accounts on almost every Wikimedia wiki, with e-mail notifications turned on.
I help maintain m:Wikimedia_News and en:Wikipedia:Milestone_statistics, so I watch various projects and tags around here to stay on top of relevant changes.
Note that the interlang prefix tig: still isn't working. I don't know/remember which step in the process is responsible for that, but apparently it hasn't been done (successfully) yet.

I'm pretty sure the problems have been fixed. The article count jumped up just recently (less than 8 hours ago) to "in the neighborhood" of an estimate I previously made of what the true count should be (264 actual vs. 294 estimate). Not all main-namespace pages have [[wikilinks]] on them, so the difference between the page count in that namespace and the current article count is probably due to that.
This is a known issue. A while back, the process of creating new wikis was changed to create them as soon as possible, leaving some of the configuration steps until later in the process. This seems to have resulted in new wikis often having very wrong article counts, very incomplete "What Links Here" information, and very underpopulated categories (and some other things).

I removed the warnings and completed the checklists as I was going through the past "Create" and "Post-creation" tasks checking what had and hadn't been done, both for my own benefit and that of future readers. (IOW, I was "wasting time" already.) Obviously, those "in the know" don't care if things are left (visibly) half-finished on the tasks (which is why it keeps happening), but other people looking at them may be confused as to whether certain things were or were not done, or were or were not necessary. Yes, the extra "noise" is regrettable, but I still say it's Bad Practice to leave completed tasks looking incomplete.
@Zabe, would you like me to restore the "Step by step commands" to all the tasks I've removed them from?
Restored last two items and checked them off, because they were actually done.
Not random, just not needed anymore, since the wiki has been created. Some of the resolved "Create" tasks still had the "wiki is ready to be created" or even the "creation is blocked until" message still on them, as well as unchecked boxes, etc., even though the steps had been completed. As part of making the completed tasks look completed, I elected to remove the "step by step commands" along with the "wiki is ready to be created" or "creation is blocked" message. Is this a problem? The steps are automatically appended to every new "Create" task, anyway.

The namespace currently being used for Project_talk (Perbincangan Wikipedia) doesn't match the one in the original Meta request (Pibarasan Wikipedia).
