Over time, organizations have been embarking on training and capacity building for their employees so as to enhance productivity and overall performance of the organizations. This is due to the recognition of the important role of training and manpower development in attainment of organizational goals. Consequently, this study investigated the effects of training and manpower development on employees’ productivity and organizational performance in Nigeria, using First Bank of Nigeria Plc as a case study. The study applied structured questionnaires to a sample size of 75 drawn by simple random sampling. The data generated was analyzed using descriptive statistics.The findings of the study show that majority (70%) of the respondents agreed that training and manpower development has enhanced their efficiency and job productivity. Secondly, majority (80%) of the respondents overwhelming agreed that training and manpower development enhanced organizational performance. The study recommends that organizations should conduct training needs assessment to ensure that the right training is given; ensure that their training programmes should be on a continuous basis; and motivate staff who performed exceptionally well during training sessions so that other staff will in turn aspire to excel.

Animal distribution is something that is challenging and that does not have an immediate answer to. In fact, literature shows that just in the last few years, more than 68 different strategies have been used trying to affect animal distribution. Therefore, this paper intended to advance its protection as a paramount priority by devising aggressive techniques that can prevent and militate against its threats and attacks. This is achieved by designing defence architecture with security check point to detect the web-request-level attacks by employing request blocker and Rivest, Shamir, and Adleman (RSA) algorithm. The results in this paper showed that the cyber application which is made up of web controls the access over its functions by checking session variables indicating the user privilege before its restrictive functions can be executed. Underwater instance segmentation greatly depends on color-blended underwater images. In this work, a combination of Generalized Color Fourier Descriptor (GCFD), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Mask R-CNN) models were employed to generate a mask for each bounding-boxed Region of Interest (ROI) to obtain enhanced individual underwater segmented images from their complex background accurately. By this image enhancement approach, individual underwater instances are segmented from their complex background accurately. The Patch-based Contrast Quality Index (PCQI) evaluation of our proposed image enhancement method (GCFD) after conducting experiment on the employed datasets shows performance accuracy of 1.1336, which is higher than the 1.1126 performance accuracy achieved by the Contrast-enhancement Algorithm (CA).

Computerization is a process by which routine activities are taken into the computer. This is also the use of micro electronics to help people do their job easily and even faster. This has aided the difficulty of many activities which had formally been carried out manually in the secondary institution. This project perfect the efficiency and accuracy of result processing in order to speed up the result processing task of the Gift international school. That is changing from manual way of processing result to a systemized one. The system also allows students to be registered electronically. It also enhance the generation of the statement of result of students of the Gift international school. The system is efficient, accurate, timely and effective, so it can be used to replace the manual system. The projects start from describing the goals and objectives of the project. Some literatures were consulted and reviewed. Also material on database, data processing, problem and features of result processing system. The system analysis, design and implementation followed. The project ends up with summary, recommendation and conclusion. The system was developed using Micro media Dreamweaver and Php and Mysql.
