This paper presents a teaching strategy which objective is to improve the development of cognitive interactivity in courses based on Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). The strategy was based on a developer model of self-learning strategies and collaborative learning strategies, which promote the diversification of cognitive styles. It was implemented in the course "Mechanical Physics Laboratory" of APEC University in Dominican Republic. The results confirmed that students had consolidated their preferential learning strategies, had formed new strategies and integrated them in pre-lab experiments homework, thus promoting cognitive interactivity.

The aim of the present research is to describe a set of actions to improve the digital identity management of the university teacher as researcher. These actions are aimed at teachers who belong to the area of Education Sciences, and most of them are part of postgraduate programs. The actions described intend to promote the creation and curation of digital profiles that contribute to shaping the digital identity. The outcomes of these actions allow appreciating an increasing number of digital profiles on ResearchGate y Google Scholar. Besides, the development of the competence digital identity management will directly impact on greater visibility and scientific reputation of each researcher, which will improve both digital and offline prestige of the university.
