\nWe are searching for an Equity Plan & Legal Administrator to develop and manage the progress to maintain and evolve the equity program as Figment continues to grow.\n\nResponsibilities/Duties \n\n\nAdministers the company employee stock option plans. \n\nPrepares and provides information to employees about vesting schedules, exercise process, and eligibility. \n\nPrepares new hire and other stock grants and processes employee transactions to exercise options. \n\nMaintains and updates stock databases, prepares reports and performs analysis. \n\nProvides input in the development of stock award pools or guidelines. \n\nMay provide personalized service to executives to review grant status or to process exercises. \n\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\n\nRequires a bachelor's degree. \n\nProficient in Carta equity management software \n\nDirect experience manage startup and early stage growth stock equity programs \n\nBe able to work highly independently in remote culture \n\n3-5 years of related experience. \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
