    • ACTS THAT VIOLATE LAWS OR REGULATIONS OR MAY DO SO.
    • OTHER ACTS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY RIGAKU.

IF YOU VIOLATE ANY OF THE PROHIBITED ACTS ABOVE, RIGAKU MAY SUSPEND YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED DUE TO THE VIOLATION (INCLUDING DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES).
