The 44-Day War was a groundbreaking war that radically changed the existing practices and balances in the South Caucasus. After the collapse of the USSR on December 26th, 1991, Armenia unjustly occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding areas of Lachin, Gubatli, Zangilan, Cebrayil, Fizuli, Agdam and Kelbajar with the support of Moscow. During these occupations, thousands of Azerbaijani Turkish women were brutally murdered, along with their children. As a result of this occupation by Armenia in violation of the rules of international law, Azerbaijan lost 20% of its territory. After that date, until the 44-Day War began, Armenia continued to violate the borders it had carried out unjustly and to make provocations that had the potential to start a total war. Finally, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, in his speech at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly on September 25th, 2020, stated that a counter-attack would be launched within the boundaries of the right to self-defense....

His activities for modernizing the geography in which he existed and lived as an Afghan intellectual during his life, and his contributions to the building of a friendship bridge between the Turkish nation and the Afghan nation are examined through historical periods. This friendship bridge built with the initiatives and contributions of Tarzi was further strengthened thanks to the personalities of Atatürk and Emanullah Khan. Thus, Turkey and Afghanistan started simultaneous initiatives on development and progress. The greatest quality that distinguishes Tarzi from his contemporaries is that he analyzed political events and historical developments with a great meticulousness and he shared with others the information he obtained from those analyses in his works. Tarzi issued the first effective newspaper of the region, called " Seraj-ul Akhbar/The Torch of News ". Publishing works with a severe style in the Seraj-ul Akhbar newspaper as an ardent anti-imperialist, Tarzi is described as pro-Turkish and anti-English due to the ideas he defended. In this study, the effects of Tarzi on Turkish-Afghan relations will be analyzed. Özet Bu çalışmada, Afganistan'ın çağdaş bir ulus devlet olarak uluslararası politikada yerini almasını hedeflemiş entelektüel bir Afgan aydını olan Mahmud Tarzi'nin yaşadığı süre içerisinde bulunduğu coğrafyaya çağdaşlaşma maksadıyla yapmış olduğu faaliyetler ile Türk milleti ile Afgan milleti arasındaki dostluk köprüsünün kurulmasına yapmış olduğu katkılar incelenmiştir. Tarzi'nin girişim ve katkılarıyla kurulan dostluk köprüsü, Emanullah Han ve Atatürk'ün kişilikleriyle daha da ileri noktalara taşınmış ve Türkiye ile Afganistan eş zamanlı olarak kalkınma ve ilerleme yolunda girişimlere başlamışlardır. Tarzi'yi bulunduğu dönemde çağdaşlarından ayıran en büyük özellik, siyasi olayları ve tarihi gelişmeleri büyük bir titizlikle analiz etmesi ve bu analiz neticesinde edindiği birikimleri başkalarıyla eserlerinde titizlikle paylaşması olmuştur. Tarzi, bölgenin ilk etkin gazetesi olan " Sirâc-ul Ahbar/Haberlerin Meşalesi " isimli bir gazete çıkarmıştır. Sirâc-ul Ahbar gazetesinde ateşli bir anti-emperyalist olarak sert üsluplu yazılar neşreden Tarzi,-savunduğu fikirler dolayısıyla-Türk taraftarı ve İngiliz karşıtı olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Worldwide social change, the end of the cold war, the process
of economic modernization and globalization have begun to distract
people from national identity and the national state. This causes the
masses to become interested in the religion without feeling themselves in
the void and without insignificance. It is observed that Christianity, Islam,
Judaism, Buddhism and Hinduism are increasingly concentrated all over
the world. The fact that today is at the peak of the power of the “West”
causes non-Western civilizations to turn into “Ecdat (ancestry)
Phenomena”. This revitalizes the feelings of Asiaticization in Japan,
Hinduization in India and returning to Islam in the Middle East. The
psychological and sociological impact of the BOP and EU (European
Union) negotiations on the Turkish nation constitutes a suitable
environment for the conduct of moderate Islamic and missionary
activities, as globalization syndrome, the weakening of nation states, the
emergence of borders and the universalization of the world will be
essential. BOP, which is outlined by Paul Wolfowitz, Francis Fukuyama,
Samuel P. Huntington, Richard Perle, Graham Fuller, Marc Grosman,
Paul Henze and other Western strategists, and Turkey’s Central Asia and
the Middle East is expected to assume a key role in restructuring.
According to the thesis of all these strategists, it is not possible to have an
Islamic country in a secular structure and therefore, especially Turkey
needs to be restructured. In this study will be analyzed the plans that
Western imperialist powers have taken to overcome world power in the
1700's and what Turkey should do in response to these plans.

basic level. Security is essential for human development. In this article, I will discuss the
parameters of risk for security and human perception of security. As a conclusion, many people
still suffer and can not fulfill their basic needs in regions of the world. We would constantly on
associated with one another and answerable for one another. We need to be concerned and take
an action to ensure the security of our world for the dignity of human being. Earth is like a
human body. The conflict area is something like a cancerous region of the human body. As
cancer spreads to the whole body, conflicts do too. The thing that unites us ought further to
bolster a chance to be more excellent over what isolates us.
