The experiment was laid out in the two factors randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. Factor A: different plant growth regulators viz. control (H 0), IAA (H 1), Ripen-15 (H 2) and IAA+Ripen-15 (H 3) and Factor B: fertilizer management practices viz. control (F 0), organic manure (F 1) and inorganic manure (F 2). The tallest plant (163.90 cm) at 1 st flowering was recorded for the IAA+ Ripen-15 (H 3) application and at last harvest the tallest plant (504.84cm) was recorded for the application of IAA+ Ripen-15. On the other hand the shortest plant at both stages (142.31cm and 459.21 cm respectively) was recorded in the control condition. The maximum number of branches (11.69) per plant was recorded for the application of IAA and the minimum (10.77) branches per plant was recorded in control condition. The minimum (42.65 days) time of first flower was recorded for the application of IAA and the maximum (45.05 days) time of first flower was recorded in combined condition. The tallest (160.72 cm and 506.61 cm) plant at 1 st flowering and last harvest was recorded in application of inorganic fertilizer and the shortest (143.18 cm and 463.08cm) plant at both stages were recorded in control condition. The maximum (11.86) branch per plant was recorded in application of inorganic fertilizer and the minimum (10.06) branch per plant was recorded in control condition. The minimum (42.65 days) time of first flower was recorded in application of inorganic fertilizer and the maximum (44.31 days) time of first flower was recorded in control condition. Interaction effect between plant growth regulators and fertilizer management practices showed a statistically significant variation in case of most of the recorded characters. Study result showed 200 ppm " Ripen-15 " and inorganic fertilizer can be used to get desirable vegetative and yield contributing characters of bitter gourd.

The experiment was considered of two factors. Factor A: Different plant growth regulators viz. hormone control, IAA, Ripen-15 and IAA + Ripen-15 and Factor B: Fertilizer management practices viz. fertilizer control, organic manure and inorganic manure. It was laid out in the two factors randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. The data obtained for different characters were statistically analyzed to find out the significance of the plant growth regulators and fertilizer management practices. The tallest plant at 1 st flowering time (163.90 cm), the lowest ratio of male and female flower (3.08), the maximum fruit weight (129.10 gm) were recorded from the application of IAA + Ripen-15, but the maximum number of fruit (18.26) and highest yield (21.89) was found from application of Ripen-15 and the minimum was recorded in the control treatment. The tallest plant at 1st flowering (160.72 cm), the lowest ratio of male and female flower (3.06), the maximum number of branches (11.86), nodes (26.33), female flowers (23.72) fruits (16.35) maximum fruit weight (119.92 gm) per plant and the highest yield (19.11 t/ha) were recorded from the application of inorganic manure and the minimum was recorded in control condition. Interaction effect between plant growth regulators and fertilizer management practices showed a statistically significant variation in case of most of the recorded characters. The combination of Ripen-15 and inorganic fertilizer gave the highest gross return (Tk. 510,000) which was closely followed by Ripen-15 and inorganic fertilizer.

An experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of different plant spacing on the growth and yield of Indian Spinach at the Horticulture Farm of the Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka during March 2011 to July 2011. Four plant spacing viz. S1: 50 cm× 30 cm, S2: 50 cm × 40 cm, S3: 50 cm × 50 cm and S4: 50 cm × 60 cm were used treatments. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. Plant spacing influenced yield contributing characters and eventually on yield of Indian spinach. The longest (34.48 cm) plant per harvest was recorded from S3 (50 cm × 50 cm) and the shortest (30.45 cm) plant was recorded from S1 50 cm × 30 cm. The maximum (6.25) number of branches per plant was found from S3, the minimum (5.58) from S1. Plant spacing S3 gave the maximum (40.58) number of leaves per plant and the minimum (35.55) was recorded from S1. Plant spacing S3 gave the maximum fresh weight of leaves (61.47 g), stem (71.48 g) per plant and fresh weight of plant (132.95 g) while the minimum fresh weight of leaves (52.42 g), stem (64.05 g) per plant and fresh weight (116.47 g) of plant were recorded from S1. The maximum dry matter content (15.00%) was recorded from S3 and the minimum (11.89%) from S1. The highest (84.35%) foliage coverage was recorded from S3 and the lowest (77.11%) from S1. The highest yield (22.69 t/ha) was found from S3 and the lowest from S1 (19.47 t/ha) was recorded.

The objective of this present study to evaluate the influence of integrated nutrient management practices on the performance of three transplant Aman rice varieties. This experiment was conducted at the Agronomy Field Laboratory, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. The treatments included were three varieties viz. BRRI dhan31 (V 1), BRRI dhan39 (V 2), and BRRI dhan41 (V 3) and five different integrated nutrient managements viz. recommended dose of chemical fertilizers (RF) (F 1), Cowdung @ 10 t ha-1 (F 2), 50% RF + Cowdung @ 5 t ha-1 (F 3), 75% RF + Cowdung @ 2.5 t ha-1 (F 4) and 100% RF + Cowdung @ 5 t ha-1 (F 5).The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. It was found that variety and integrated nutrient managements had significant effect on all the crop characters except panicle length and 1000-grain weight. The performance of 50% RF + Cowdung @ 5 t ha-1 was found to be superior to any other nutrient management and BRRI dhan31 was found to be the best among the varieties. So, it can be concluded that BRRI dhan31 with 50% RF + Cowdung @ 5 t ha-1 emerged as the best one in terms of grain yield.

An ad agency is independent from the client and provides an outside point of view to the effort of selling the client's products or services. An agency can also handle overall marketing and branding strategies and sales promotion for its clients (Wikipedia). We know that marketing is nothing but pushing you to buy that kinds of things which is not necessary for you at all. Advertising and Communication is that kinds of work which basically helps you to project your product’s identity. Effective communication brings the company in front of the market. It lets you to grow up. To survive in the market every company needs marketing strategies. They should follow that kind of strategies through which they can keep pace with their competitors. Sometimes they should alter their strategies and always be alert about those strategies which are taken by the competitors. Like- as a new company they need huge promotional activities. Except the promotional activities, it is difficult for a new company to survive among the giant companies. So, they have to apply various kinds of marketing strategies.
