Sunchang Coonty (Sunchang-gun) is a coonty in the province o Jeollabuk-do, Republic o Korea.
Sunchang's claim tae fame is its red pepper paste, or gochujang, which is supposed tae be destinct frae ither recipes. The govrenor o the coonty puts his personal seal o approval on it tae mak it authentic Sunchang Gochujang.
Famous fowk frae Sunchang include Unification Meenister Chung Dong-young, who wis born there.
