You may opt-out from receiving promotional and marketing emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe button or following the instructions in the email, or by contacting us at legal@saaslabs.co. You will continue to receive administrative emails from us. We process data on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions as a service provider or data processor. If you believe that we have collected or stored your data on behalf of a customer as a service provider or data processor and you wish to exercise your rights mentioned above, you should direct the same requests to that Customer.

DATA TRANSFERS

We may transfer, process, and store your personal information in countries or regions other than the country or region in which you are a resident. The data will be transferred to and stored on our servers in the United States. Our group companies may have access to your personal information that may be located in other countries.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not designed or marketed to children under the age of 16, or knowingly collect or solicit personal information of children below the age of 16 for its own purposes. If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with their personal information, we will take steps to delete such data and will not retain the data in any form. Further, if you become aware of a child under the age of 16 who is using our Services and/or has provided their personal information to us, then please write to us at infosec@saaslabs.co and we will take necessary steps to delete the information about that particular child.
