Champ and Major
Appearance
Champ (October 2008 – June 19, 2021) and Major (born January 2018) are pet German Shepherds owned by President of the United States Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.[1][2]
Major is the first shelter dog to have lived in the White House.[3][4]
Champ died on June 19, 2021 at the Biden family home in Wilmington, Delaware at the age of 12.[5]
