Harry Thomas Edwards (born November 3, 1940), an American politician, lawyer and legal scholar. He is a Senior United States Circuit Judge and chief judge emeritus of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in Washington, D.C..[1] In 1980, he was nominated to the court by President Jimmy Carter.

He is a professor of law at the New York University School of Law.[2]
