Ivana Marie "Ivanka" Trump (born October 30, 1981)[1] is an American businesswoman, socialite and political advisor. She is the second child of Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States and his first wife Ivana Trump. She served as the senior advisor to the president under her father's administration from 2017 to 2021.
Trump worked at The Trump Organization with the company's real estate and hotel management from 2009 until 2017. She also has several other business deals.[2]
On October 25, 2009, Trump married Jewish American businessman Jared Kushner[3] after converting from Christianity to Judaism earlier that year in July.[4]
Personal life
[change | change source]In January 2017, it was said that Trump and her husband were buying and moving into a family home in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, DC.[5] She also has several children with Kushner. Federal forms released in 2017 say that Trump and her husband may have assets worth more than $740 million.[6]
Trump is bilingual, speaking English and French. She also has a basic knowledge of her mother's native language of Czech.[7][8]
