Waqar Ahmad Shah

Waqar Ahmad Shah (6 July 1943[1] – 15 April 2018[2]) was an Indian politician. He was born in Qazipura North Bahraich, India. He served in the Legislative Assembly of India for multiple districts from 1993 to 2017. He served as a cabinet minister under the administrations of Presidents A. P. J. Abdul Kalam and Pranab Mukherjee.

Shah died of bladder cancer on 15 April 2018 at a hospital in Lucknow, India at the age of 74.[3]
