Windows Server 2019 is a Windows Server version based on Windows 10 that was released on October 2, 2018. It was preceded by Windows Server 2016 and successor by Windows Server 2022 on August 18, 2021. It is the only version of Server that can run Office 2019. Microsoft ended mainstream support for Windows Server 2019 on January 9, 2024 and will end extended support on January 9, 2029.
