The most important parameter for the agriculture is timely and sufficient supply of water. Most of the farmers are dependent on electric water pumps for irrigation which demands electricity. The frequent, intermittent, low voltage supply of power to the agriculture sector has caused problems to the farmers who are spending their time monitoring the supply of power without which their work cannot start. In this paper we will be focussing on implementing the switching of the motor used for irrigation purposes in rural India using the technology X-bee/Zigbee trans receiver and Relay Drivers.
This paper describes the development of innovative wireless safety device for workers working ben... more This paper describes the development of innovative wireless safety device for workers working beneath the ground using ZigBee wireless network. Our safety device system incorporates of an Arduino Uno Microcontroller, Zigbee wireless module, Methane sensor, buzzer alarm and X-CTU software. Arduino and wireless ZigBee has advantages in terms of its long battery life and much cheaper compared to the others wireless sensor network. There are several objectives that need to be accomplished in developing this project which are to develop wireless safety device for workers working below the ground using ZigBee wireless network and to evaluate the effectiveness of the safety device by testing it in different spots beneath the ground and the functionality of methane sensor. It can also detect methane when goes in prodigious amount and alarm triggered when methane compostion in the local atmosphere is beyond a specified level. Furthermore, this review paper provides a guideline where all this safety device can be implemented and recommendation on future studies for wireless safety device for workers working beneath the surface of earth. This happened due to lack of awareness or improper warning system.This paper deals with the method in overcoming these bottlenecks.
Presence of water in its clean form is a beneficial for human as well as aquatic ecosystem. The e... more Presence of water in its clean form is a beneficial for human as well as aquatic ecosystem. The entire biotic organism needs water in its pure form. To maintain its quality, several regulatory bodies have been established to monitor its purity. But, all the efforts seem to be insufficient. India is a country that conferred the status of goddess to it. There are several traditional rituals that depicts that dead bodies should be immersed in the rivers, all these traditional and custom rituals has increased the pollution level in the rivers. Despite forming the separate Ministry by Government of India, the Indian rivers are still suffering a lot. Our system deals with the real-time monitoring and observing the contamination level of river. This system is also effective in alarming the authorities, about the danger of level of contaminants.
