"Energetic Security - Multidimensional Scientific Research and Praxis"
Bucharest - Romania, May 27, 2011
is intended to focalize the current and middle term scientific research and praxis on the identification of the contemporary problems related to the Energetic Security, to represent these identified problems, to gain the adequate knowledge toward attaining comprehensive models/simulation/emulation, to address both scientifically and practical to the decision makers, to elicit novelty regarding the necessary dynamic adaptation within our contemporary globalize world.
Most related to the above mentioned frame of this proposed International Workshop, the organizers should underline on some possible dimensions to be inquired by the participants:
* Individual dimension of the contemporary human being as (re)actor within the Energetic Security;
* Community dimension regarding the Energetic Security - addressing the national states, trans-national companies, NGO - both on national and international levels;
* University and Academic dimensions regarding the current efforts to advance on the new (as green as possible) energy stance (through discoveries and inventions), to optimize the entire proceeding through the energetic chain, to elicit innovative behavioural contributions on the issue;
* National Energetic Systems dimensions, National Energetic Dispatchers dimensions, international energetic networks dimensions;
* (Inter)national Energetic Markets dimensions - regarding the new stage of investments, production, distribution and consumption;
* (Inter)national policy dimensions versus the humankind next future.
The communications to be sustained, the studies and books to be exhibited, the expected innovative points of view would make possible to foresight, to prospect, to inter/extra-polate the acquired data on the Energetic Security. All these would be the basis for the next actions to initiate an International Consortium dealing with the above proposed dimensions to be inquired, by the participants / possible next partners at this one day proposed International Workshop - and to plan the new common interest actions - on a larger and proper scale.

Paper dedicated to Frederick Kile, SWIIS Past-President
The generosity is supposed to be a related deeper turning point. An equivalent type of statement may be referred to solidarity. Homo Sapiens, as a species, are distinguished clearly from other species by their socio-cultural nature, drawing on a deep inner universe of cultural meanings and values which inform both individual and group behaviours. These meanings are created phenomenologically in the gestalt of consciousness, framed in the context of deep value-systems which shift as a result of psychological, biological (and existential) realities. Recent research has begun to uncover the complex waves and patterns associated with these shifts. They indicate a dynamically stable system which underpins human activity at the level of both the individual and the civilisation. In this context, technology is a materialisation of the culture of our civilisation and its material nature as a cultural meaning needs exploration and understanding. On in this way can we really begin to understand the trajectory (or multiple trajectories) of our current civilisation, with all its new connectivities and disconnectivities mediated as they are through information and other technologies.

This is a systemic task, involving human ideas and ITC by boosting synergy, non-entropy, and ephemeral efficiency properties at multiple echelons. The paper is dedicated to a deeper understanding on the Information Fusion – as part of a dual universal task; into this context the paper proposes a Philosophy of Science approach on Dempster Sheffer Theory (DST), Dezert-Smarandache Theory (DSmT), Interactive Modeling (IM), Structural-Phenomenological Modeling (S-PM). Basic sub-goals: a) Shrinking the gap between the humanist perspective and the technologist one. b) Promoting an equilibrated anthropocentric & technocentric perspective by starting with stimuli from the real world expressed by (old and new) ideas regarding the (re)construction of a World/e-World balance. c) Illustrating a positive e-World response by sketching innovative, synergy-based, interactive models, considering metaphors linked to those ideas. Design/methodology/approach-A general framework is suggested and an instance model is presented, that of Interactive Modeling approach. To maximise synergy, to minimise entropy, and to prolong the ephemeral efficiency-all their sources are considered. The approach is based on real-world " stimulus-ideas " (here, the shift from algorithmic towards sub-symbolic reasoning) and " metaphor-prompted e-world (IT-)responses " .

Abstract as a prologue " Quality of Life " [QoL] construct can draw up toward a better systemic understanding/explanation onto the complexity of our world. So, QoL is systemic as: a real worldwide item; a pattern for a model; an ideal. Mircea Malitza, a venerable Romanian academician (mathematician, philosopher of science, interdisciplinarist, diplomat), across his long life experience, succeeded to aggregate the world puzzle into a new construct: " Geomodernity " / the actual effect of the technological advance generalization, all over the world, onto the diversity of more than 10,000 cultures, but resulting a single, worldwide, civilization.

It is presented a Human-Machine Interface conceptual case study: A-I-A as dual to B-D-E. Internetron, Planetron, and Sociotron -as constructs- which are firstly introduced, here and now. All these pretend an intelligent design for the contemporary Human-Machine Interface. One part of this fundamental intelligent trend (as background for the desired design) is the Anticipatory / Incursive Task. It is both, individual neural, collective neural, evolving/becoming, only and only so, as a social aggregated task. So, it would be an original contribution within the contemporary systemic and cybernetic research, if it fulfils toward/from the desired intelligent societal reality. These two aspects: social and societal, and the relevance of the anticipation and incursion deepness are recent scientific acquisitions, and the author proposes all these as near future research, and also as a long term research within a consistent reaction from the social and societal realm(s). It is an attempt to the duality of variety and invariance; there may be a contribution.

There is an entire project focused on contemporary complexity versus the information-knowledge dynamics. Design/methodology/approach – The starting point is related to the denominations: " perverse effects " and " asymmetric conflicts ". The paper supports innovative (a)symmetric approaches on human beings, ITC and community: shrinking the gap between humanist and technologist perspectives; promoting an anthropocentric perspective with stimuli from the real world expressed by (old and new) ideas regarding the (re)construction of a world/e-world balance through/within the triad: production, intelligence and morality; illustrating a positive e-world response by sketching innovative, synergy-based, experimental ITC models, considering metaphors linked to the idea of an open definition of subtleness. Findings – The paper finds a shrinking gap between our world and our e-world, able to integrate biased perspectives and realising a composition of (a)symmetric matter within information/knowledge economy/society. Based on semantic transfer, there is a promising path to a creative partnership between humanists and technologists within the interactive modelling: connectedness-communication versus incursion-anticipation. From a knowledge engineering perspective, a solution can be reached more effectively by: a Wienerian view on the information and knowledge as (a)symmetric concepts/constructs – and a dually Göedelian view on the observability and controllability of a subtle entity/system toward a wisdom and/or consciousness society. Originality/value – This paper provides information and knowledge on " information-knowledge dynamics " research.

Findings – Discovered that on the basis of these concepts, an understanding of the surrounding world can be achieved which is not homogeneous but made of both systemic and non-systemic entities. These can change when certain systemic properties are reached as well as in their specific degrees in their limitations and paradoxes. Originality/value – Introduces an original approach to the life support system by proposing concepts that are discussed and defined and that will provide cyberneticians and systemists with a revised view of systemic thinking.

So, regarding the understanding and explanation for the Knowledge Society alongside to these efforts, the co-authors affirm and focalize upon a subdomain of an enlarged intersection between the Generosity – Creativity – Solidarity Triad and the dual merging construct: Knowledge Based Eco/Bio-Economy and Digital Business Eco/Bio-systems. This enlarging subdomain efforts belong to the Generosity – Creativity – Solidarity Consortium - as a 2008-2012 active interdisciplinary presence - and is connected to the homonymous project G_C_S KBEBE & DBEBS. There is a beneficed impact within the contemporary problems related to the contemporary Sciences. Now, the entire team of the project (at this stage - 14 - university, NGO and academic partners from UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Philippines and Romania) will focalize the research according to the openness of the international scientific community toward the multi-thematic domain of the Knowledge-Based Eco/Bio-Economy (KBEBE) versus the increasing potential of the Digital Business Eco/Bio-systems (DBEBS), from the and on the broader issues of the UN Millennium Goal and of the Lisbon Strategy for Growth and Jobs: Europe 2020.
Generosity is supposed to be a related deeper turning point. An equivalent type of statement may ... more Generosity is supposed to be a related deeper turning point. An equivalent type of statement may be referred to solidarity. Homo Sapiens, as a species, are distinguished clearly from other species by their socio-cultural nature, drawing on a deep inner universe of cultural meanings and values which inform both individual and group behaviors. These meanings are created phenomenologically in the gestalt of consciousness, framed in the context of deep value-systems which shift as a result of psychological, biological (and existential) realities. Recent research has begun to uncover the complex waves and patterns associated with these shifts. They indicate a dynamically stable system which underpins human activity at the level of both the individual and the civilization. In this context, technology is a materialization of the culture of our civilization and its material nature as a cultural meaning needs exploration and understanding. On in this way can we begin to understand the trajectory (or multiple trajectories) of our current civilization, with all its new connectivities and disconnectivities mediated as they are through information and other technologies.

Our world is contemporaneous within the fundamental differentiation betw... more Argument and Invitation
Our world is contemporaneous within the fundamental differentiation between the technological ascending and the quasi-stationarity of human being. It is the locus onto one from the next possibilities: or the future identification of a harmonical way between the possibilities of transponding of our models inward the reality, and, our probabilities to be happy; or the prevailing of another type of relation beyond the synergy between the individuals’ aspirations, in part, and the emergence of the real communities [into (who, where, when) we take part: we are, have, act (combine, concord, conduct), do].
The present work does not expose a middle way between the way of harmonisation and, respectively, the relation beyond the synergy – into the just above shortly expressed statement. But, may be that it expresses into a final stage, another way of “to planetary live”: CREATIVE PARTENERSHIP. It is something simpler than the entirely actual complexity within our world. It is and it has the self-defining onto some directions – here, expressing onto those: between poverty and welfare, between despair and hedonism, between impossibility and even possibility. The contemporary dynamics between conflict and consensus would trouble any external and homogeneous observer of our world. We, the inside observers, are also tranquillizers through saturation and non-tranquillizers through hipersensibilisation, “cloning” too often the too desirable liniarities, anywhere and whenever. After a Cold War, within its enough visible parts, but also within its fundamental invisibilities, between tiredness and terrorism, between stupidity and teribilism, between hopes and evidence - our world fundamentally oscillates between globalisation and regionalisation, but within an intellectual and pragmatic unity tendency, to happen somewhere, very far.
Otherwise, the present work exposes a way. Another “the third way” type, through the Creative Partnership construct. It is exposed through the confidence into harmonizing efforts, here and now; it is exposed within the emotion related to the interfaces between the five parts (authors’ chapters) of the work; work proper to authors from two European zones: developed and developing (and transitional); it is exposed from the real wants (and not conjectural ones) of theoretical deeper research and from the practical adaptation of each author with the readers (of this work). There is a search and an expectation for the more and more interactive readers with the authors. From this side, at least, there is the much possible common authors’ base: Interactive Modelling.
There is the authors’ expectation (between them, into a near future), only and only within readers’ reaction; this expectation is related to a dimensioning of the tension inward the normality of the whole – as our Planet; it is related much more desirable, but also possible, within the systemic unification of the five parts of the work (within proper professional becoming, onto a long term):
The eco-antropic reconstruction (author Professor Mariano L. Bianca, University of Sienna, Italy); The informational reconstruction (authors Professors Mihai Botezatu and Marcel Stoica, Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania); The simulation of our world subtleness and the sublimation into the knowing (author Professor Marcel Stoica, Academy of Economic Studies); The modelling of the informational correlation and concordance (author Assistant Professor Vasile Ştefănescu, Ecological University from Bucharest, Romania) – part inspirited by Octav Onicescu’s work; The emulation of our world (non)systemicity from knowledge (by the undersigned author, National Defence College) – part inspirited by Spiru Haret’s work: “Social Mechanics”, Paris – Bucharest, 1910
The work – being inward nature, society, thinking - comprises, finally, a Charta of the Creative Partnership, proposed by the undersigned and by Professor Marcel Stoica, during the 2003 summer. Certainly that this Charta remains intro and extro open, but also intro and extro closed. There are presenting, to the readers, some photocopied pages from Spiru Haret’s and Octav Onicescu’s works – two fundamental contributors into the expectation for a Socrate_2.
<<Towards a ‘Science/Culture/Religion’ NETWORK OF NETWORKS:
LEARN to LIVE and to PROGRESS ‘togeth... more <<Towards a ‘Science/Culture/Religion’ NETWORK OF NETWORKS: LEARN to LIVE and to PROGRESS ‘together’>>
The summary of the ‘COST_April 27, 2018 application’
The entire set of Science, Culture, Religion (as deterministic ‘crisp’ and eternally ‘SEPARATED’ human-focused domains) was and is slicing our human time (human time given as a supreme significance for us, the mortals) and these slices elicit a ‘time-capsule’ of wonder / joy / non-‘repellence’ / no hate. All scientists, artists/writers, priests and/or active deists/pantheists/atheists engage in slicing human time and invoke then these capsules as excellence topoi. These topoi are overwhelming us, the humans, within a fuzzy-enlivened Science or Culture or Religion by these very slices of our time, and surely not by any of our integral views on the profound world matter.
Beyond the human-enlivened Science, Culture, Religion, the “result” of this heterogeneous persistent set of capsules is a source of both humankind progress and decline: peace and wars, up-dated information/knowledge, happiness and alienation, beauty and ugliness, value and non-value, im/a/moral events, good and bad praxis / management / behaviour, multiple “logical” frames, logical-rational and absurd-irrational stances and feelings. Practically there are slices of the post-Kantian ‘time-space-causality’ that overwhelm us in a self-organizing manner [if there aren’t coordinated any anterior ‘pro and con’ theses]. These slices have had an impact on human heritage, challenge, perspective, potential as well. These are framing a near/far future within self-organizing and/or coordinated sets of steps. Only the “worst” defeated war leaders arrive in front of ad-hoc enlightened tribunals, while a lot of profound mistakes and errors have no historical records.
A ‘Science/Culture/Religion’ NETWORK OF NETWORKS would be a topos to profoundly meditate ‘before’ [instead of mourning ‘afterward’] on any analysis/synthesis/anti-thesis. It involves an entire societal net of probabilistic / fuzzy / subtle combination / correlation / concordance / command / individual and societal advice in order to outline the POSSIBILITY OF AN INTEGRAL HUMAN TYPE. It takes up the ‘positive’ aspects of our human civilization –beyond the more or less developed historical cultures– excluding the ‘negative’ aspects. It also tends to a valuable dynamic and globally beneficial evaluation by/within/from critical awareness/insight/action inside our dynamic human civilization and cultures. It is beyond the biological, neural, earthly and cosmic severe constraints as well as historic variations (cruel or not) along thousands of diverse cultures developed on our simple Earth, that we must follow in our historical leaders’ tracks, with or without any recourse to ad-hoc enlightened tribunals.
Thus this NETWORK OF NETWORKS is a turning point alongside the (re)search for innovative directions towards an integral re-construction of our education, administration, freedom, prosecution-and-reward meant TO EVOLVE INTO AN INTEGRAL HUMAN TYPE on our natural and societal (simple but also complex) Earth.
Responsibility (as a meta-system: evolution-security) will be taken over by the subtle natural and societal interactions [of their designated/elected carriers] within a ‘Science/Culture/Religion’ NETWORK OF NETWORKS. A responsibility is taken over not by the ‘classical’ slicing of our temporal (humanly-expected) significances through/by/from the natural/societal apriori probabilities versus fewer and fewer models and/or ideals. This is reducing as much as possible the extensively fuzzy human-induced attributes, hypothetical realities, as well as the current (standard and/or autarchic, legal and/or non-reconstructing) societal procedures, pre-established societal structures, grand ideas (which are not to be disputed), and equally reducing individual indifference, tiredness, selfishness, and sometimes greediness and stupidity, a.s.o.
May this EVOLVING INTEGRAL HUMAN TYPE be a reverse to all the above within our newly assumed responsibility.
In an innovative future era, a peace-entrepreneurship profession would prevail..., but only consonant with another profession: progress-entrepreneurship.

This is my first published book: in December 1989; it was presented into the windows of the books-shops in Bucharest just on the days of the Romanian Revolution December 16-22, 1989, at the collapse of the communist regime.
A new edition was launched just on the first days of the January 1990, under the diligence of the publisher (erasing the preface and three bibliographical items - items related to three now ex-personalities, also making a new editorial entry/pagination).
Within the irony of the fate, other three bibliographical items were before erased during the editorial checking alongside the 1989 year - these items were related to three emmigrated/escaping personalities during Ceausescu regime.
The entire book is dedicated to the theoretical approach and the praxis of the complex (quasi-chaotic) problems to be solved under constrains; the short temporal period is the defining constrained pattern of an operative problem. The book is constructed on the background/alonside my personal experience within military operative problems, and energy crisis operative problems - extending this experience within an original systemic and cybernetic approach to larger categories of operative problem (medical surgery, agriculture, transportation, commerce, business, and general decisional tension within managerial processes. [Measurement of the recordable patterns of the human neurological diseases using psychophysical techniques, and the adaptive and interactive proceeding, till the recovering of an experiential / experiencial / analytic / holistic neuro-therapy may be an operative problem, sometime.] My first book is an original contribution within Decision Science - openning the realm of Operative Problem Solving (resolving the problem within -at least- proper methods, and not at all disolving the problem).
The book takes the conceptual inspiration from the important background of Artificial Intelligence domain - where the representation and the solvation of a problem are sequential but different tasks. The book adds an other sequence and differential tasks: the preinternalization of a problem, then the internalization of a problem, the representation and the solvation of a problem - attaing the operative decision making - but, then, (re)adapting the entire function/functionality of the system inside which the operative problem was constituited or was constitutiong, then (re)adapting the entire structure of the system with the operative problems - and at an end - (re)adapting the conceptual architecture of the category of the respective systems. All being circular - as the proposed cycle: information1 - decision - action - information2 / alongside all the above described processes.
The book has five parts: 1_Contextual approach of the operative problems (linguistic, systemic, cybernetic, philosophical, general human, managerial); 2_Development versus complexity; 3_Becoming of a definition for the operative problem; 4_Resolutive models; 5_Open problems and open concepts.
Regarding the search for definitions, models and real problem frames, there were useful some original constructs (developed till the impact with corresponding mental concepts – as step inward System Engineering):
magellanity (the individual and/or collective stage to have a long-term iterative confidence into the problem representation), internalization (decisional skill versus hard problem representation), reflecting the reflection (first step consciousness), Cybernetics of the Operative Actions (practical collection of rules for the operative decision makers), Cybernetics of the New Products (practical collection of rules and cases for the operative decision makers into the productive / competitive area), equivalent state number (beyond probability classical frame), mixed system (stationary preservation of human and technical resources), minimal security zone (within solving a conflict), development rank (quantization of the humankind development trend), (awareness) knowledge subspace, (meta-knowledge) consciousness subspace, (toward objectives) action subspace, responsibility subspace (subspaces for an analytical model of the operative decision making), heuristic determinism (other than probabilistic determinism and causaldynamic determinism), concept-construct duality (human mental efforts to decline the unknown terms within mental embedded patterns – innate and/or obtained till the magellanity threshold), analysis/synthesis dual flow (regarding representation and solving of an operative problem), structure/functionality sections into a systemic entity (the basic approach into the book), rational subject (delimitated entity in front of complex constituted problems), entity/system appearance and reality (an insight into the complex amalgamation of the properties: synergy, neg_entropy, ephemerality = to do more and more with less and less), triad: (hypothetical) reality, model, ideal, triad (production, intelligence, moral), operative teams – operative problems (organizational response in front of the operativity), team for generating teams, eight types of teams/problems, their becoming, identification of the problem elements [resources, objectives, criteria, criteria for criteria, procedures and linkage; (neo)kantian space-time-causality], induced and included operativity (two varieties), constituting and constituted frames for the problems, general characteristics of the operativity and of the operative problems, (resources1; teams; systems; resources2) – a new type of representing (action; reaction; their carriers), nine moods of constituting operative problems in mixed system, flow of the problem in mixed system, operativity-complexity relation(s); two types of development within operative contexts, models, methods, relations; operative examination(s) and conflict(s) cancellation(s) .
The book (above presented), the examples and the open problems (included into the book) were useful (from 1990 till now) for my military students at the course Large Scale System Automatization (into military radioelectronic warfare), for my civil students at the course System Modelling and Simulation, for civil specialists (Electro-command centres), for military and civil doctorate candidates preparing their Ph.D. thesis in various domains firmly connected to Complex Problems, for general readers – in front of the contemporary complexity within all human acts, beliefs, knowledge and technology transfer.

Booklet Editor’s Foreword / by Prof. Dr. Nicolae Bulz 2nd Co-Director of the “What is Truth?” Project
The following essays, studies, article, notes from the members of the team of the project <<What is Truth?>> (July 1, 2014 – February 29, 2016), as well as quotations from famous Science/Religion writings and/or from academic e-sites have been chosen to illustrate briefly, and according to the subject, some of our team members’ ideas, explanatory thoughts, opinions, beliefs, and prejudices versus options about the contemporary “Science-Religion Dialogue” are the results of the weekly dedication from the community of the Saint Andrew Cathedral, Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. All these had and have elicited within the 20 months of this project. Only some major sources has been left untapped. These are the documentary aggregated files as a debate basis for the majority of the 10 + 9 debates, for the Autumn School of the project (November , 22-29, 2014) , for the summer 2015 peripatetic activities, for the Pilgrimage and visits in Orkney Islands (January 28-30, 2016). These could not have been adequately represented within the drawn up editorial space, and within the direct and reduced scope of this miscellaneous anthology, and have therefore omitted. Also, there is not commented / revised / interpreted the great human knowledge acquisitions on Science-Religion long-term interactions, as the four quotes from above (only in brief pointed, here and now). There is the hope that within our complex e-world, after the last day and task on/for this project <<What is Truth?>>, to draw up all these sources that has been left untapped alongside the generous e-space of the www.ssrn.com, YouTube, Academia.edu, ResearchGate, etc. There is the also a hope to continue this project within a new one – just to extend the possible next prospected resources, as patterns of the verbal expressions: will, must and can – related to the members of the team of the project <<What is Truth?>>, and the next members. Last but not least, to thank to the staff of the programme “Scientists in Congregations, Scotland” for their innovative capacities.

GENERAL DATA: The title for our project WHAT IS TRUTH? A list of four key (one sentence) questions that our project will address 1. How can we progress from appreciating the present situation, challenges and questions for science/faith as they are addressed in the existing domain/scholarship of the ‘Science-Religion’ Dialogue? 2. Given the breadth, diversity and scope of the existing community, what are the present relevant themes that we can elicit/agree and discover together for a local ‘Science-Religion’ Dialogue? 3. How can we properly build the capacity to establish a network of real people with competence and confidence to provide for the ‘right relationship’ between science and faith? 4. How do these matters look to us, and are understood by us, and how can we define/redefine the relationship between science and faith? A paragraph summarising our project: The overall aim of the project ‘What is truth?’ is by the end of the programme to establish a viable, sustainable and robust network of people that will impact the life of the church and function in the ‘Missio Dei’ - i.e. how the church takes its place in the world in which it is set. We have taken our title of the project (i.e. ‘What is Truth?’) from the interrogation of Christ by Pilate in John’s Gospel ch.18, and – within the contemporary insight: ‘about where we are’, or where we can position our community with regard to the truth in the engagement of Science-Christian Faith. The project ‘What is truth?’ will aim for agreement, coherence and cohesion between areas of our life and understanding around some of the following terms: i. Ecclesiastical – bringing to bear the sense of leading the participants into ‘being the church’ whilst holding the vocational principle of taking us from where we are to where we need to be. ii. Pedagogical principles of the Rule of St Benedict – ‘Let us establish a school for the Lord’s service’. iii. Evangelisation –how we are impacting the society in which we are set. iv. Realising the ‘Missio Dei’ in all its possibilities in this deeper engagement. v. Facilitating international, inter-cultural, interdisciplinary, ecumenical approaches. vi. Commitment to ‘spirituality/biodiversity’ in ‘Science-Religion’ Dialogue. vii. Stimulate discussion, analysis, reflection for transformation from ‘indifference to engagement’ from the ‘abstract to reality’, from ‘conflict to consensus’. An inter/trans-disciplinary attempt to the complexity of a contemporary change prospect
SPIRITUALITY-BIODIVERSITY / CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP OF WELFARE – a Past, Present, and Future Outlook eliciting the Heritage, Contemporary Challenge, Near and Next Perspective.
Does Humankind matter beyond limitations and paradoxes? Are “Contemporary World Changes” possible, and how to be proceeded? Are all these probabilistic and/or fuzzy patterns, or else?
How could be done the initial steps toward ’Innovative Social Relations’ for “Sustainable Development“ through Social Signal Processing – within a cybernetic and systemic background addressing an incompleteness / inconsistence (Gödel, 1931) of our human elicited and disseminated information/knowledge/data? [versus the only “N-1” characteristics from a set of “N” rational desired characteristics cognitively described into the current systemic context]
Purpose – This (e-)book aims to constitute an initial and open global study addressing the open stance “Past, Present, Future” as a challenge to analyse the possibility and to elicit a part of the procedures related to “Contemporary World Changes”, and to propose the initial steps toward an ‘Innovative Social Relations’ for “Sustainable Development” corpus through Social Signal Processing. It is to gain the conceptual basis toward the elicitation of the constructs: new type of entrepreneur, and a new type of entrepreneur of PEACE – the both types within Knowledge Society Mind/Conscience/Consciousness Society.
Design/methodology/approach – The nucleus of this critical global study is addressed to the contemporary and near future (e-)World – Including an Interacting Forum of (e-)readers from an open societal systemic background. The nucleus is step by step extended to eleven inquiries, their explanation, the associated guide by the content of the table presenting four cases of the relation between different modelling approaches according to an extended System Theory to a (Non)Systemic Theory – on the background of KNOWLEDGE vs. FRAME concepts, subsequent to an ordered list of I – XXIV inquiries, and their details – addressing a so called Social Signal Processing toward the constituting and developing of an ‘Innovative Social Relations’ for “Sustainable Development” corpus. All these would be the locus for (re)acting the proposed 'SPIRITUALITY-BIODIVERSITY / CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP OF WELFARE' composed construct as an innovative perspective for the open stance “Past, Present, Future”.
Findings – 'SPIRITUALITY-BIODIVERSITY / CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP OF WELFARE' composed construct as a perspective for the open stance “Past, Present, Future”. So, our Humankind beyond the space-time continuum could transit from the contemporary Knowledge Economy/Society by eliciting Contemporary World Changes, within a multi-staged approach toward a Mind/Conscience/Consciousness Economy/Society. A primal role would be assigned by the coherent, cohesive and concordant implementation of the triadic construct Generosity versus Creativity and Solidarity, and the elicited way to attain the scientific and supposed praxis realm toward an ‘Innovative Social Relations’ for “Sustainable Development” corpus through Social Signal Processing / toward a new type of entrepreneur, and toward a new type of entrepreneur of PEACE – the both types within Knowledge Society Mind/Conscience/Consciousness Society.
Originality/value – It is obvious that a critical analysis and synthesis of our worldwide (post-)crisis events must deal with an original approach within an added gnoseologic and/or epistemic value, and expected responsible 'points' - as societal turning points - yesterday, today, tomorrow....

How could the assumption onto our Human Complex Life within the centennial realm after the World ... more How could the assumption onto our Human Complex Life within the centennial realm after the World War 1 fits in the worldwide-view made by the globalization / regionalization realities and postmodern aspirations? There is, here and now, a “possible turning point” proposal to take account on the state of art, at least, in the related arena of a comprehension on consciousness [Cognitive Science, Artificial Life and Intelligence, Neuroscience]. There is a proposed re-focusing by Science [Inter/Trans/Co-disciplinarity, Integrative Science], Culture and Religion [not only through the wide spectrum of Theology]
So, there is a significant explanatory gap (that exists between the subjective qualities of our perception and the physical systems that we call the brain, the community, the society, Humankind) is symbolized per se by our subjective-objective tensions, limitations and paradoxes.
It may be a proper turning point to approach subjective-objective gap of ourselves. As above presented, as related to our gap, within the centennial realm after the World War 1, the approach(es) is(/are) used starting from ourselves. Now, on another part, a new insight “subject-object reversal” is elicited by aiming out of: conventional understanding (“what else is true?”) and constraining explanation (“what is science?” / “what is culture?” / “what is religion?” – but not as currently these three ‘isolated’ inquiries, yet as an integrative set of inquiries – toward an innovative systemic single inquiry on).
These “what is” are equivalent to prolong just ourselves per se beyond “our gap” and so, to face ourselves toward the (re-)construction of a “HUMAN COMPLEX of OUR 1918-2018 WAYS”. Is this construct a new term within a possible “Science/Culture/Religion” triad? Is this triad a possible pavement in order to LEARN TO LIVE AND TO PROGRESS TOGETHER? Could a NETWORK OF (the contemporary) NETWORKS implement these new constructs?
Into this Study-Report it is proposed to each (e-)reader to firstly comprehend the INTEGRALITY of three symbolic patterns [‘The Boethian Wheel of Life/Fortune/World’; the inquiring war sense image embedded into a Transylvanian majolica plate; the interbellic inter-ethnic friendship photo from a Sibiu area] associated to the basement of this Study-Report related to the Academic, Interdisciplinary and International Summer School “CENTENARY 1918-2018”, Sibiu, Rasinari, Busteni – Romania. Societal Complexity versus LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER: Contemporaneous ‘Science/Culture/Religion Dial... more Societal Complexity versus LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER: Contemporaneous ‘Science/Culture/Religion Dialogue’. COMPRAM Methodology and ‘Decisional Nomology’ contributions
Abstract: There is the OR community’s related heritage, challenge, tensions/perspectives within the possible ‘Science/Culture/Religion Dialogue’. In order to acknowledge the tragedy of war (mostly within the actual 100 years from the end of the WW1) at least the scientific community would advance any alternative solution comparing to the war oriented track of the (entire) 20 century – and no significant ideas/acts within the started 21 century.
This study is tending to (re)present the projects oriented (re)search from the still open International Consortium Generosity_Creativity_Solidarity: LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER (hypothetical) reality, modeling/simulation/emulation and ideals generations – as a subtle turning point into the possible Network of Networks on. ‘Network of Networks’ construct sustains an original awareness/insight/action.
The co-organizers of the current OR and Ethics stream into Euro Conference 2018 Valencia have synergic and original contributions within – i.e. Prof. dr. Dorien DeTOMBE’s COMPRAM Methodology / Methodology for Handling Complex Societal problems, and Prof. dr. Cathal BRUGHA’s DECISIONAL NOMOLOGY / Nomology - modelling generic cognitive structures / ‘‘science of the processes of the mind’.
A book, and respectively a project description are subtle related to the study inquires:

So, the study proceeds on the open Ethics and OR new realm onto the contemporary global (post-)crisis reverse as dedicated Inter/Trans/Co-disciplinary, Intercultural and Ecumenical approaches oriented within the thesis: KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY toward CONSCIOUSNESS SOCIETY. A related (f)act to tacit and explicit knowledge/innovation, and follow up consequences would draw up and extend an implementation of a ‘Local’ Nucleus of an IN OVO inquiring “Science-NATURE-Culture-SPIRITUALITY-Religion Meta-Dialogue”.
As author of this study/research <<Societal Complexity versus LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER: Contemporaneous ‘Science/Culture/Religion Dialogue’. COMPRAM Methodology and ‘Decisional Nomology’ contributions>>, it was and still is the inter/trans/co-disciplinary tension(s) and will to advance the proves and inquiring stages in front of the Ethics and OR (e-)readers. So, it was a necessary (but still not sufficient) task to apply the STEP BY STEP COMPRAM Methodology to the Contemporaneous ‘Science/Culture/Religion Dialogue’ positive hypothesis – as a COMPLEX PROBLEM. These tension(s) and will was and are grasped the knowledge / forms attaining the seven layers. I.e.: In Layer I the problem is described in a natural language, in words.
In Layer II the concepts and the phenomena used in the description of the problem in Layer I are defined.
In Layer III the relations between the concepts and the phenomena of the problem are described in natural language.
Layer IV shows the KNOWLEDGE ISLANDS - the way the knowledge islands are filled indicates the completeness of the knowledge.
Layer V a SEMANTIC MODEL of the problem is made as a graphic representation of the relations between the concepts and the phenomena of the problem described in Layer I.
In Layer VI a graphic representation of the CAUSAL RELATIONS between the concepts and the phenomena of the problem is shown.
Layer VII contains a SYSTEM DYNAMIC MODEL OF THE PROBLEM based on the causal model in Layer VI.

Part of the information [tables and data] is taken from the open correspondence sent by Professor dr.eng. Elena Helerea to the Brasov members and affiliates of the Braşov Branch of the Romanian Committee of the History and Philosophy of Science and Technique (CRIFST) from Romanian Academy – and is aggregated, here and now, by Professor dr.eng. Nicolae Bulz – CRIFST member from 1995. This is the Part A of this individual and academic report.
The Part B of this academic report consists from just the content of the presented COMMUNICATION/POSTER “Possible Entries within the ‚Science-Technique-Culture-Religion Dialogue’ - Consonance towards the CRIFST Braşov Branch’s Acts and Educational Propensions” by Professor dr. eng. Nicolae Bulz. The original of this poster stated on the full (narrow margins) A4 format scale.
The Part C of this academic report consists from some elements of the extended content of the presented COMMUNICATION/POSTER.
THE MAIN AXIOMATIC STATEMENT IS: WE, THE HUMANS / WITHIN OUR EARTHLY CONSTITUTED CULTURES/CIVILISATION(S), WERE LIVED, LIVE AND WILL LIVE WITHIN ‘SEPARATE WORLDS’. E.G.
- ‘THE RURAL WORLD OF SELF-SUSTAINMENT – HAVING AN ENDOGENEUOS CULTURE’ – rising up the ‘archetype’ stance of the human communities;
- ‘THE SET OF POLIS-TOWN-CITY-MEGAPOLIS WORLDS / TOWARD THE ACTUAL GLOBALIZED WORLD - BASED ON OUTER-RESOURCES-SUSTAINMENT AND ELICITING HIGHER AND HIGHER KNOWLEDGE, AND ADVANCING/PENETRATING INTO DEEP AND DEEP INFORMATION – HAVING AN EXOGENEUOS DIVERSITY OF CULTURES / THE “POST-MODERN” CULTURE IS AN EPISODICAL ONE’ – rising up the ‘(under)mind’ stance of the humans;
- ‘THE IDEAL CONSTRUCTIONS (TOWARD A QUASI-GLOBALIZED) WORLD - BASED ON MOSTLY MORAL RECOURSE AND INNER INTELLECTUAL-RESOURCES-INQUIRING-CULTURE / ELICITING A VARIATION OF ETHICAL, ESTHETICAL, LOGICAL, AXIOLOGICAL, PRAXIOLOGICAL, … INFORMATION/KNOWLEDGE SET OF RATIOS – IN ORDER TO ATTAIN A HUMAN POSSIBLE IDEAL OF MORALITY, BEAUTY, TRUTH, VALUE, PRAXIS, …’ – rising up the ‘consonance/dissonance’ stance of the human communities;
- … ‘Knowledge Society towards Consciousness/Conscience/Mind/Brain-Heart Society’ stance of the human communities (Draganescu, 2009);
- … .
The Part C of this academic report on the extended content of the poster “Possible Entries within... - Consonance towards... „ consits from texts, and imagistic elements – i.e. ‚some’ cognitive elements.
The Part D of this academic report on the contexts of the CRIFST Brasov COMMUNICATIONS SESSION, Fagaras, July 1, 2017 consits from texts, and imagistic elements – i.e. also ‚other some’ cognitive elements.

*1. All of these conceptual entities (reflecting the both non-observable and observable entities) are to be (operatively) represented alongside the case that an OPERATIVE PROBLEM is constituted. So, an OPERATIVE PROBLEM, if it is constituted and identified, than an OPERATIVE ACTION (one at least) is STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL REQUIRED within that system [i.e. the system that contents that constituted problem – and, as soon as possible, that there are represented “ the parts” of the problem / also according to R --C--> O – as a representational relation].
**2 All of these conceptual entities (R; C; O; -->) have not a “large” amount of material and ideal elements. One of the most constrained resources being a temporal resource: ADMISIBLE TIME FOR REACTION (reaction to the constituted and identified OPERATIVE PROBLEM).
***3 The entire OPERATIVE SYSTEM which is able to act/react operatively is either “before” constituted, or “alongside” constituted to an identified OPERATIVE PROBLEM. Within this OPERATIVE SYSTEM – as a HUMAN-MACHINE SYSTEM – the representation, the decision(s) making, the action/reaction – and its step by step recurrence, the revised functionality / and structure / of the entire system fronted with an OPERATIVE PROBLEM (persistent or not) have/may have operative features. The representation (the initial and the step by step adapted model) would be based on probability / statistic, fuzzy and subtle knowledge / information. The poster (re)presents the knowledge within the (1989/1990) Nicolae Bulz’s research/study – and an actual research finding: SUBTLE CORPUS (as a model for decision making flows, including the operative case).
CORPUS
Example of OPERATIVE SYSTEMS may be given within the following domains: military, health emergence, economic and political/social alerts/incidents/accidents, natural and urban/rural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fire, etc.), etc. Within the large possible, probable, fuzzy and subtle cases of the adversity, affliction, calamity, cataclysm, catastrophe, emergency, exigency, failure, fall, misfortune, ruination, the worst, tragedy, war, woe, etc.
The DECISION MAKER (military or civilian) must (can and will) to (re)act – and not to postpone the situation – just in order to stop the damage and to continuously prevent the extent of the damage (including human death, and ecological failure – as in the Conference example).
Abstract The figure of Jan Christiaan Smuts is one of those tantalising elusive in the history of both Philosophy and Politics. Though widely admired in his day, his long term military heroism, his eight periods of occupying South African political offices (1910 / 1948) and three academic offices (1931 / 1950), and a set of original constructs (i.e. 'Holism' - defined as in his 1926 book, Holism and Evolution / "the tendency in nature to form wholes that are greater than the sum of the parts through creative evolution", univocity of being; e.g.: "Walt Whitman: A Study in the Evolution of Personality" / 1893|1973, supreme argument for the human existence; e.g.: "The fight for human freedom is indeed the supreme issue of the future, as it has always been."/ Oct.17th 1934: Rectorial Address delivered at Saint Andrews University, 'The emotional appeal of nature is tremendous, sometimes almost more than one can bear.' ) have just "disappeared" from today’s knowledge (versus active memorised initiator). However, from the (www e-surviving) works it is not difficult to understand why after Albert Einstein studied "Holism and Evolution", soon upon its 1926 publication, he wrote that two mental constructs will direct human thinking in the next millennium, his own mental construct of relativity and Smuts' of holism. So, Einstein revered Smuts' judgment as excelling in its subtlety. Within and beyond the 'holism' construct [for Smuts was meant to solve the problem of the 'one/entireness' and the 'parts/elements'] it is to detect an Ancient Greek influence - more Socrates and Plato than to deny Aristotle who is often so cited. The sectional nature of the construct and its modulation from the contemplative to the virtuosic, gives us a glimpse of why Smuts was so influential over his contemporary and following generations which included both Physics scientists [beyond being great philosophers] (e.g. Albert Einstein - existential holism, David Bohm - ontological holism) and politicians [also beyond being great philosophers] (e.g. Mahatma Ghandi, Chaim Weizmann) – toward GST school.
It is to propose, here, an inquiry on a <<comparative>> subtle positioning of Jan Smuts' insight into "I" and "you" versus firstly, Ludwig von Bertalanffy's linear and/or homogeneous 'open (growth and isomorphic) systems and the limitations of conventional models (within reductionism, and mechanism)' [which is/are acted by "I" and "you"], and secondly, versus the entire heterogeneous discourse from a long term <<"in-scaped" Aristotelianism>> on the ' "firmness" of the person' ("I" and "you") (more or less via Thomas Aquinas /// Dun Scot) with emphasis on: Immanuel Kant, Arthur Schopenhauer, Friedrich Nietzsche, Edmund Husserl, ... / Martin Heidegger, Jacques Derrida, Emmanuel Levinas, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Martin Buber, ... / Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Alfred Adler, Jacques Lacan, Jacob Levy Moreno, Stefan Odobleja ... – toward the entire GST school, and Cybernetics school: Norbert Wiener, Ross Ashby, ... So, here, it is proposed a re-focusing on a (<<positively>> evolving) person's fragility ( "I" and "you“ ) but (re)collecting a <<comparative>> subtle positioning of Jan Smuts - and Aristotelianism.
All the above (re)collecting stance is to be framed by the SCIENCE-PRAXIS RELATION ON SYSTEMIC THINKING: from "active" separation toward dialogue, and maybe negotiation; there are: "I" and "you" - the first and the second persons: scientist, praxis-person, human being in the widest sense. It is to represent all these three possible entities on the lines and columns of a matrix - and to elicit the elements of this matrix as, at least, a case study on "I" and "you. This paper is dedicated to (re)present an open, extensible, dynamic matrix - identifying/proposing a consequent inter/ trans/ co-disciplinary approach on the "I" and the "you": (hypothetical) reality, model, ideal – within the today GST school. Also, this paper is dedicated - within an analysis/synthesis- to identify/present an invariant regarding/resulting from this consequent approach: i.e. the matricial distance between "I" and "you". The author takes into account to compare the stance of "this" invariant to the other stance resulting from two other case studies (deeply other than the relation SCIENCE--PRAXIS); i.e. the relation between NURSE and PATIENT - and the relation between POET and SUBJECT - keeping in mind the (possible) co-authorship from the “masters” of these two other case studies: Dr. Bogdan J. Lewoc, and Assist. Dr. Adriana Carolina Bulz; expecting to enlarge upon this type of an invariant matricial distance between the "I" and the "you" - and to inquire about the (a)symmetry of this (type of an) invariant. Although I am not a great lover of "re-arrangements" for the research/studies/papers - it seems a pity when there is so much un-affirmed (e-)systemic written for the SCIENCE-PRAXIS RELATION ON SYSTEMIC THINKING – related to the OPERATIVE ACTIONS and large audience! But I could not resist [paying a tribute, within our world, in this post-celebratory 1 year from Ludwig von Bertalanffy's death / 1972].

This open study is focusing on the thesis “Connecting Science, Society and Development”, as a possible construct on and beyond the contemporary globalized crisis, so, it is proposed a co-adaptation of both Science and the (Hypothetical) Real System. Here, in this open study, an elicitation of a co-adaptation of both Science and (Hypothetical) Real System is delineated as within the sequence of the following three inquiry-lines of study: * 1: WHY SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT? * 2: WHY NOT ANTHROPIC DEVELOPMENT? * 3: WHY A “WHY ONTO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” AND AN OTHER “WHY ONTO ANTHROPIC DEVELOPMENT”? These three inquiry-lines are proposed as a dual (re-newed) inquiry, “each to each”, regarding some of the bibliographically found constructs on the contemporary globalized crisis: # 1: Icon and iconoclasts; # 2: Reinventing development research; # 3: Transformations and reformations. Between the “each to each” respective numbered topics, bridging the gap, it is proposed a metaphor (of a diaphoric type / it is the type of metaphor which only paves the way from “ornamental” background to “cognitive” profoundness, starting and/or affirming the possibility to acquire a concept; into a next stage the concept is attained / not attained / there would be an other conceptual way): *# 1: Different shapes, same related perfection; *# 2: The orchestra playing the conductor’s role; *# 3: The re-gained roots of a virtual tree.

Hermann Julius OBERTH was one of the founders-fathers of the Rockets Construction Science and Astronautics -together with Russian Konstantin ŢIOLKOVSKIand American Robert GODDARD. Born:June 25, 1894,Sibiu, Romania.Dead:December 28, 1989,Feucht–near Nürnberg, Germany [95 years]. There are the well-known data on Hermann Oberth‟suniversity studies at München(medicine / till 1914,) (he was taken part as military physician during the 1WW,) (also at München: Physics / after 1918 –with a rejected PhD work „onto the Rockets science‟ –this work was appreciated as „utopist‟) and at Cluj–the PhD was taken up with Professor AugustinMAIOR -as supervisor [on the „same‟ theme].There are the well-known data, also, on Hermann Oberth‟sresearch activities within his PhD domain, on his (public) experiments done at Berlin, on those experiments influence, on his family home venue and location change from Medias and Sibiu, Romania to Vienna and Dresda–then to Switzerland, Italy and USA –into the postbellicperiod –till 1962 when there was a „self-retirement‟ from the direct scientifically activity [just within the USA-USSR / CUBA-„Rockets Crisis‟…] –within Oberth‟snearly 70 years.Then he and his family was settled at Feucht–near Nürnberg, Germany –for almost a quarter of century.But there are less known data just onto Hermann Oberth‟slast period of life –his philosophical activity was enriched with published books. There are some significant comments and elaborated analyis. The original works (mostly books) were content-elicited just onto the background of Hermann Oberth’slong term professional experience onto the rockets construction and Astronautics –so, there is a coherent and cohesive introspection and critical societal analysis.

AN INTER AND CROSS-DISCIPLINARY PROJECT
THE HEALING POWER OF LANGUAGE
T... more A CONTEXTUAL APPROACH OF AN INTER AND CROSS-DISCIPLINARY PROJECT THE HEALING POWER OF LANGUAGE
The original project is an inter and cross-disciplinary awareness, insight and praxis track. It comprises three steps:
step A: The analysis and synthesis of the mental concept/construct in order to regularize some aspects of the neural diseases, within the deep competence and performance of a natural language – toward a boundared healing objective.
step B: The analysis and synthesis of an artificial sort of language, with/without computerized support, dedicated to the healing objective.
step C: The reciprocal support, natural-artificial languages, in order to improve the healing features.
The author’s aims are to find the biomedical entities co-interested to assist the start of the research completion, parallel to the medical device project, experimentation, marketing, toward OSIM.
The CONTEXTUAL APPROACH, proposed here, to be drawn out, would be depicted through the following synthetic problem sustained and representedwithin the following questions, addressed to any individual, group, firm, entity related to Information Technology and Communication (ITC):
The primary question: Do you want to draw out an informational entity (related to ITC) to make better the life comparing to a set of previous similar entity from “our” nature, Humankind and thinking? YES or NO, but within a fuzzy interval. The explicit YES, within a fuzzy interval, means to belong to INFORMATION SOCIETY. The explicit NO, within a fuzzy interval, means to respond at:
The secondary question: Do you want to elicit an entity to make a new life independent from the previous entities from “our” nature, Humankind and thinking? YES or NO, within a fuzzy interval. The explicit YES, within a fuzzy interval, means to belong to KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY. The explicit NO, within a fuzzy interval, means to respond at:
The tertiary question: … (a future complete and relatively consistent one; see the next 6 open problem).

Thus resulting the proposal acronym: G_S_C EneSec For_Rec project / and the proposal memo: EneSec
Type of funding scheme: Collaborative Project
(i) Small or medium-scale focused research project / Sub-Scheme Selected: CP-FP WORK PROGRAMME TOPICS ADDRESSED: Is there a possibility to differentiate an initial knot of complex problems, to gain a desirable nexus of solutions and to elicit an adaptation area regarding: ENERGY SECURITY Interdisciplinary and Professional EXPERTISE DUAL DOMAIN: FORESIGHT on New Measurements, Crisis Resilience and Sustainable Complexity Management (Re-Conceptualization and New Praxis resulting) -and- RECOMMENDATIONS towards the SOCIALLY INNOVATIVE COMMUNITIES? [i.e. EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues]
Does the GENEROSITY_CREATIVITY_SOLIDARITY Triad Matter on EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues? It is proposed a four-stage answer - as pointing work programme topics (WPT):
(WPT I) FORESIGHT: Identifying, and analysing some major decisional, informational and actional related gaps in Eastern European countries, particularly in Romania and Poland - and any other "Eastern or Southern" countries, worldwide, within this decade 2011-2020, on the ENERGY SECURITY within the Knowledge Society and Economy attempt - addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues.
(WPT II) PROSPECTIVE INSIGHT: Estimating the real positive decrease of the gaps, supported by the effects of the:
A: expected (DIRECT) KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER from West to East or North to South addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues,
B: expected (REVERSE) KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER from East to West or South to North – regarding the comprehension on the available Eastern or Southern valuable resources and their state of low utilizability –addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues.
(WPT III) ORGANIZING: The above prospected (DIRECT and REVERSE) Knowledge Transfer, within all the partners into the GENEROSITY_CREATIVITY_SOLIDARITY International Consortium , according to the on board G_S_C EneSec For_Rec project will have:
AA: a primal Knowledge Transfer support,
BB: a stabilized differentiation of the initial perceived knot of complex Eastern European problems - and any other "Eastern or Southern" countries, worldwide, within their problems – starting within some samples,
CC: a quasi-stationary identification of the desirable nexus of representations and solutions - starting within these BB samples,
DD: attaining a direction toward an adaptation area. All addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues
(WPT IV) ACTING and ATTAINING: To manage the inner strategy of the Consortium (within the on board two years project) onto two horizons (of the period of the present project 2013-2014; and toward the next period 2015-2020); i.e. to attain, step by step:
A revision of the heterogeneous corpus “KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY AND ECONOMY” - in relation to the ENERGY SECURITY Interdisciplinary and Professional EXPERTISE within and across the enlarged European Union and correspondent action scale, proposing / resulting new approaches onto Eastern and Western European efforts / and worldwide North-South efforts, too / toward a higher and more equilibrated quality of life, and ascension on the levels of "SOCIALLY INNOVATIVE COMMUNITIES" / "REGIONAL, TERRITORIAL AND SOCIAL COHESION" / " multi and inter-dimensions EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY"/ "CRISIS RESILIENCE" / "EPIGENETIC ENGINEERING" - so, addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues.
Within this two years G_S_C EneSec For_Rec project all the partners comprehend and explain the multi and inter-dimensional "EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY" construct as to be related "only" [here] to:
* economic, * juridical, * systemic and philosophic multi and inter-dimensions - according to the yet gathered research contributions from the partners (during the entire period of intensive co-operations between the partners - just before submiting this project to the European Commission / FP7 programme).
Within this two years G_S_C EneSec For_Rec project all the partners comprehend and explain the multi and inter-dimensions "EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY" construct as to be conceptually and praxis re-generated according to the above proposed four-stage answer - as pointed by the WPT I -:- IV).
According to this four-stage answer two types of CONTESTS are to be designed, tested, and enacted (just during this two years project - mostly on the implementation and dissemination tasks):
# CONTEST_A to (re)search and draw up new contributions regarding the economic, juridical, systemic and philosophic multi and inter-dimensions of the EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY construct - so, addressing new regional, territorial and social forms of cohesion - beyond to the yet gathered research contributions from the partners (during the entire period of intensive co-operations between the partners);
## CONTEST_B to identify new SOCIALLY INNOVATIVE COMMUNITIES - prospectively acting and re-acting versus the yet gathered research contributions from the partners (during the entire period of intensive co-operations between the partners). [Upward, the numbered work programme topics indicate a sequential order within/by the project conceptualisation of the Western / Northern insight onto the Eastern European / Southern complexity; and not their order of importance to this multi-staged interdisciplinary project (and, so, not linearly focused on ENERGY SECURITY Interdisciplinary and Professional EXPERTISE versus GENEROSITY_CREATIVITY_SOLIDARITY Triad.]

* Individual dimension of the contemporary human being as (re)actor within the Energetic Security;
* Community dimension regarding the Energetic Security - addressing the
national states, trans-national companies, NGO - both on national and
international levels;
* University and Academic dimensions regarding the current efforts to
advance on the new (as green as possible) energy stance (through discoveries and inventions), to optimize the entire proceeding through the energetic chain, to elicit innovative behavioural contributions on the issue;
* National Energetic Systems dimensions, National Energetic Dispatchers
dimensions, international energetic networks dimensions;
* (Inter)national Energetic Markets dimensions - regarding the new stage of investments, production, distribution and consumption;
* (Inter)national policy dimensions versus the humankind next future.
The communications to be sustained, the studies and books to be exhibited, the expected innovative points of view would make possible to foresight, to prospect, to inter/extra-polate the acquired data on the Energetic Security. All these would be the basis for the next actions to initiate an International Consortium dealing with the above proposed dimensions to be inquired, by the participants / possible next partners at this one day proposed International Workshop - and to plan the
new common interest actions - on a larger and proper scale.

[How Interdisciplinary & Intercultural Science-Praxis Relation Matter on Contemporary World within the Systemic Thinking ?]
by Professor Nicolae Bulz / at the University of Aberdeen, The Centre for Modern Thought / October 2013
The eco-antropic reconstruction (author Professor Mariano L. Bianca, University of Sienna, Italy);
The informational reconstruction (authors Professors Mihai Botezatu and Marcel Stoica, Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania);
The simulation of our world subtleness and the sublimation into the knowing (author Professor Marcel Stoica, Academy of Economic Studies);
The modelling of the informational correlation and concordance (author Assistant Professor Vasile Ştefănescu, Ecological University from Bucharest, Romania) – part inspirited by Octav Onicescu’s work;
The emulation of our world (non)systemicity from knowledge (by the undersigned author, National Defence College) – part inspirited by Spiru Haret’s work: “Social Mechanics”, Paris – Bucharest, 1910

LEARN to LIVE and to PROGRESS ‘together’>>
The book is constructed on the background/alonside my personal experience within military operative problems, and energy
crisis operative problems - extending this experience within an original systemic and cybernetic approach to larger categories of operative problem (medical surgery, agriculture, transportation, commerce, business, and general decisional tension within managerial
processes. [Measurement of the recordable patterns of the human neurological diseases using psychophysical techniques, and the adaptive and interactive proceeding, till the recovering of an experiential / experiencial / analytic / holistic neuro-therapy may be an operative problem, sometime.] My first book is an original contribution within Decision Science - openning the realm of Operative Problem Solving (resolving the problem within -at least- proper methods,
and not at all disolving the problem).
The book has five parts:
1_Contextual approach of the operative problems (linguistic, systemic, cybernetic, philosophical, general human, managerial);
2_Development versus complexity;
3_Becoming of a definition for the operative problem;
4_Resolutive models;
5_Open problems and open concepts.
Regarding the search for definitions, models and real problem frames, there were useful some original constructs (developed till the impact with corresponding mental concepts – as step inward System Engineering):
magellanity (the individual and/or collective stage to have a long-term iterative confidence into the problem representation),
internalization (decisional skill versus hard problem representation),
reflecting the reflection (first step consciousness),
Cybernetics of the Operative Actions (practical collection of rules for the operative decision makers),
Cybernetics of the New Products (practical collection of rules and cases for the operative decision makers into the productive / competitive area),
equivalent state number (beyond probability classical frame),
mixed system (stationary preservation of human and technical resources),
minimal security zone (within solving a conflict),
development rank (quantization of the humankind development trend),
(awareness) knowledge subspace, (meta-knowledge) consciousness subspace, (toward objectives) action subspace, responsibility subspace (subspaces for an analytical model of the operative decision making),
heuristic determinism (other than probabilistic determinism and causaldynamic determinism),
concept-construct duality (human mental efforts to decline the unknown terms within mental embedded patterns – innate and/or obtained till the magellanity threshold),
analysis/synthesis dual flow (regarding representation and solving of an operative problem),
structure/functionality sections into a systemic entity (the basic approach into the book), rational subject (delimitated entity in front of complex constituted problems), entity/system appearance and reality (an insight into the complex amalgamation of the properties: synergy, neg_entropy, ephemerality = to do more and more with less and less),
triad: (hypothetical) reality, model, ideal,
triad (production, intelligence, moral),
operative teams – operative problems (organizational response in front of the operativity), team for generating teams, eight types of teams/problems, their becoming,
identification of the problem elements [resources, objectives, criteria, criteria for criteria, procedures and linkage; (neo)kantian space-time-causality],
induced and included operativity (two varieties),
constituting and constituted frames for the problems,
general characteristics of the operativity and of the operative problems,
(resources1; teams; systems; resources2) – a new type of representing (action; reaction; their carriers),
nine moods of constituting operative problems in mixed system,
flow of the problem in mixed system,
operativity-complexity relation(s); two types of development within operative contexts,

GENERAL DATA:
The title for our project
WHAT IS TRUTH?
A list of four key (one sentence) questions that our project will address
A paragraph summarising our project:
The overall aim of the project ‘What is truth?’ is by the end of the programme to establish a viable, sustainable and robust network of people that will impact the life of the church and function in the ‘Missio Dei’ - i.e. how the church takes its place in the world in which it is set.
The project ‘What is truth?’ will aim for agreement, coherence and cohesion between areas of our life and understanding around some of the following terms:

How could be done the initial steps toward ’Innovative Social Relations’ for “Sustainable Development“ through Social Signal Processing –
within a cybernetic and systemic background addressing an
incompleteness / inconsistence (Gödel, 1931) of our human elicited and disseminated information/knowledge/data?

These firstly to be comprehend three symbolic patterns are considered necessary [and maybe ‘sufficient’ too within a positive integrality] to (re)present the composed images related to the project book_Volume 1: “SCIENCE/CULTURE/RELIGION” // Network of Networks // LEARN TO LIVE AND TO PROGRESS TOGETHER. I.e. a 2017-2018-2019 an International Consortium Project [this project book_Volume 1 is containing 25 contributions from all the three classical ‘isolated’ “SCIENCE and CULTURE and RELIGION” very long term human domanins – the stahe is still open for other contributions on].
After the presentation of the affiche “INVITATION to the SUMMER SCHOOL”, there is the ‘ADVANCED’DRAFT [and then the more details program] of the << PROJECT SUMMER SCHOOL CENTENARY / SCOALA DE VARA ‘CENTENAR’ >>. This contains the following iterative [April-July 2018] and interactive [within all implied parties and personalities involved] elements:
concept, interactive ORGANIZATION, communication management, enrollment-DEFINITION and knowledge dissemination (including a desired interactive site) understanding/explaining/revealing the
<< PRIORITIES AND CONTRIBUTIONS FROM TRANSYLVANIAN AND BASARABEAN ROMANIAN SPACE FOR THE THESAURUS OF HUMAN KNOWLEDGE / REMEMORATIONS 100 YEARS FROM THE GREAT UNION >>.
Also, there are presented the data of the 37 Personalities [ALPHABETICAL ORDER OF THE FAMILY NAME] who will present during this SUMMER SCHOOL actions 10-15 minute (e-) communication / with or without written text (MSWord file); oral intervention; participation in the debate; explicit opening letter to any of the first activities of the days submitted, open points / open lessons / communications / posters / demonstrations / book presentations / exhibition stand, etc.
Also and also, there are presented the data of the 45 persons applying for the COST program of the European Union (Deadline 27 April 2018) / and the respective institutions from 15 countries /// "SCIENCE / CULTURE / RELIGION - A NETWORK OF NETWORKS – LEARN TO LIVE AND TO PROGRESS TOGETHER (2019- 2022)".
The Study-Report paged SUMMER SCHOOL PHOTOES are followed by the data on the extensions of the
SUMMER SCHOOL -ACADEMIC, INTERNATIONAL, INTERDISCIPLINARY- SIBIU and RASINARI "CENTENARY of the Great Union" Sibiu and Rasinari, August 13-19, 2018 / Busteni, August 20-24, 2018.
There are, also, at least 10 personalities who did not succeed in the application 'REGISTER' in the COST program of the European Union (deadline 27 April 2018) / and the respective institutions from 5 countries: France, Italy, The Netherlands, UK, Romania.
Also there are presented the data on the 13 [*]personalities that were (e-*)presented (their or colleagues’) books and/or studies during the four main days + the extension of the Summer School – and – the postponed part or/and the next steps extensions of the
SUMMER SCHOOL -ACADEMIC, INTERNATIONAL, INTERDISCIPLINARY- SIBIU and RASINARI "CENTENARY of the Great Union" at Rasinari, Friday [and Saturday] August 17 [and 18], 2018 – mostly on the Sub_Project: RASINARI "The first SMART VILLAGE from Marginimea Sibiului”. Other documents and comments are provided – as a fair interface to the (e-)reader of this Study-Report – implicitly inviting him/her to be a partner/participant at the prospected ‘100 + 1’ edition within 2019 summer, and within the desired yearly continuity…
This Study-Report contain (within its annexes) the two 2018 academic programs of (bi)monthly sessions within systemic/cybernetic and/or interdisciplinary approaches; these two 2018 academic programs are – the first an advance, the second a consequence of the events and the debates/proposal taken in relation to the wide spectrum of this SUMMER SCHOOL -ACADEMIC, INTERNATIONAL, INTERDISCIPLINARY- SIBIU and RASINARI "CENTENARY of the Great Union" Sibiu and Rasinari, August 13-19, 2018 / Busteni August 20-24, 2018.

COMPRAM Methodology and ‘Decisional Nomology’ contributions
Abstract:
There is the OR community’s related heritage, challenge, tensions/perspectives within the possible ‘Science/Culture/Religion Dialogue’.
- Dorien DeTOMBE Handling Societal Complexity

- ‘THE RURAL WORLD OF SELF-SUSTAINMENT – HAVING AN ENDOGENEUOS CULTURE’ – rising up the ‘archetype’ stance of the human communities;
- ‘THE SET OF POLIS-TOWN-CITY-MEGAPOLIS WORLDS / TOWARD THE ACTUAL GLOBALIZED WORLD - BASED ON OUTER-RESOURCES-SUSTAINMENT AND ELICITING HIGHER AND HIGHER KNOWLEDGE, AND ADVANCING/PENETRATING INTO DEEP AND DEEP INFORMATION – HAVING AN EXOGENEUOS DIVERSITY OF CULTURES / THE “POST-MODERN” CULTURE IS AN EPISODICAL ONE’ – rising up the ‘(under)mind’ stance of the humans;
- ‘THE IDEAL CONSTRUCTIONS (TOWARD A QUASI-GLOBALIZED) WORLD - BASED ON MOSTLY MORAL RECOURSE AND INNER INTELLECTUAL-RESOURCES-INQUIRING-CULTURE / ELICITING A VARIATION OF ETHICAL, ESTHETICAL, LOGICAL, AXIOLOGICAL, PRAXIOLOGICAL, … INFORMATION/KNOWLEDGE SET OF RATIOS – IN ORDER TO ATTAIN A HUMAN POSSIBLE IDEAL OF MORALITY, BEAUTY, TRUTH, VALUE, PRAXIS, …’ – rising up the ‘consonance/dissonance’ stance of the human communities;
- … ‘Knowledge Society towards Consciousness/Conscience/Mind/Brain-Heart Society’ stance of the human communities (Draganescu, 2009);

The author takes into account to compare the stance of "this" invariant to the other stance resulting from two other case studies (deeply other than the relation SCIENCE--PRAXIS); i.e. the relation between NURSE and PATIENT - and the relation between POET and SUBJECT - keeping in mind the (possible) co-authorship from the “masters” of these two other case studies:
Dr.
But I could not resist [paying a tribute, within our world, in this post-celebratory 1 year from Ludwig von Bertalanffy's death / 1972].

beyond probabilistic and fuzzy approaches?
This open study is focusing on the thesis “Connecting Science, Society and
Development”, as a possible construct on and beyond the contemporary globalized crisis, so,
it is proposed a co-adaptation of both Science and the (Hypothetical) Real System.
Here, in this open study, an elicitation of a co-adaptation of both Science and
(Hypothetical) Real System is delineated as within the sequence of the following three
inquiry-lines of study:
* 1: WHY SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT?
* 2: WHY NOT ANTHROPIC DEVELOPMENT?
* 3: WHY A “WHY ONTO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” AND AN OTHER “WHY
ONTO ANTHROPIC DEVELOPMENT”?
These three inquiry-lines are proposed as a dual (re-newed) inquiry, “each to each”,
regarding some of the bibliographically found constructs on the contemporary globalized
crisis:
# 1: Icon and iconoclasts;
# 2: Reinventing development research;
# 3: Transformations and reformations.
Between the “each to each” respective numbered topics, bridging the gap, it is proposed a
metaphor (of a diaphoric type / it is the type of metaphor which only paves the way from
“ornamental” background to “cognitive” profoundness, starting and/or affirming the
possibility to acquire a concept; into a next stage the concept is attained / not attained / there
would be an other conceptual way):
*# 1: Different shapes, same related perfection;
*# 2: The orchestra playing the conductor’s role;
*# 3: The re-gained roots of a virtual tree.

The following works are less generally known and commented –maybe not just understood (all in German language):

This study/paper proposes an analysis on the cognition and contemporary perspective on the upward enumerated works.
AN INTER AND CROSS-DISCIPLINARY PROJECT
THE HEALING POWER OF LANGUAGE

[i.e. EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues]
Does the GENEROSITY_CREATIVITY_SOLIDARITY Triad Matter on EneSec
For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues?
It is proposed a four-stage answer - as pointing work programme topics (WPT):
(WPT I) FORESIGHT:
Identifying, and analysing some major decisional, informational and actional related gaps in Eastern European countries, particularly in Romania and Poland - and any other "Eastern or Southern" countries,
worldwide, within this decade 2011-2020, on the ENERGY SECURITY within the Knowledge Society and
Economy attempt - addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues.
(WPT II) PROSPECTIVE INSIGHT:
Estimating the real positive decrease of the gaps, supported by the effects of the:
A: expected (DIRECT) KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER from West to East or North to South addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues,
B: expected (REVERSE) KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER from East to West or South to North – regarding the comprehension on the available Eastern or Southern valuable resources and their state of low utilizability –addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues.
(WPT III) ORGANIZING:
The above prospected (DIRECT and REVERSE) Knowledge Transfer, within all the partners into the GENEROSITY_CREATIVITY_SOLIDARITY International Consortium , according to the on board G_S_C
EneSec For_Rec project will have:
AA: a primal Knowledge Transfer support,
BB: a stabilized differentiation of the initial perceived knot of complex Eastern European problems - and
any other "Eastern or Southern" countries, worldwide, within their problems – starting within some samples,
CC: a quasi-stationary identification of the desirable nexus of representations and solutions - starting within these BB samples,
DD: attaining a direction toward an adaptation area. All addressing the EneSec
For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues
(WPT IV) ACTING and ATTAINING:
To manage the inner strategy of the Consortium (within the on board two years project) onto two horizons (of the period of the present project 2013-2014; and toward the next period 2015-2020); i.e. to attain, step by step:
A revision of the heterogeneous corpus “KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY AND ECONOMY” - in relation to the ENERGY SECURITY Interdisciplinary and Professional EXPERTISE within and across the enlarged European Union and correspondent action scale, proposing / resulting new
approaches onto Eastern and Western European efforts / and worldwide North-South efforts, too / toward a higher and more equilibrated quality of life, and ascension on the levels of "SOCIALLY INNOVATIVE
COMMUNITIES" / "REGIONAL, TERRITORIAL AND SOCIAL COHESION" / " multi and inter-dimensions EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY"/ "CRISIS RESILIENCE" / "EPIGENETIC ENGINEERING" - so, addressing the EneSec For_NMCRSCM__Rec_SIC issues.
Within this two years G_S_C EneSec For_Rec project all the partners comprehend and explain the multi and inter-dimensional "EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY" construct as to be related "only" [here] to:
* economic,
* juridical,
* systemic and philosophic multi and inter-dimensions
- according to the yet gathered research contributions from the partners (during the entire period of intensive co-operations between the partners - just before submiting this project to the European Commission / FP7 programme).
# CONTEST_A to (re)search and draw up new contributions regarding the economic, juridical, systemic and philosophic multi and inter-dimensions of the EUROPEAN and WORLDWIDE ENERGY SECURITY construct - so, addressing new regional, territorial and social forms of
cohesion - beyond to the yet gathered research contributions from the partners (during the entire period of intensive co-operations between the partners);
