I have 55% evasion. 4 of the consecutive shots from the enemy hit me. Enemy has 27% evasion. 5 of my consecutive shots MISS HIM! Tell me this game is rigged without telling me this game is rigged. And I have seen this similar behavior time after time again. Me having 41% evasion chance and enemy having 17% and I miss all 4 of my shots and enemy hits all of his 3 shots. This is a nice game but the evasion chance is just too rigged....

I have successfully resolved the stuttering issue in the game by replacing a specific dll file. I'm grateful that the game developers didn't encrypt the dll, which allowed me to modify its code logic. Based on my understanding, I made adjustments to the parts that might have caused the stuttering, and fortunately, the result was smooth.
