Turtles are reptiles armored backs hard, slow motion, appearing for the first time about 200 million years ago and relative ly unchanged for 150 million years. This study aims to determine the anatomical structure of the axial skeleton and determine the histologic structure of red-eared turtles (Trachemys scripta elegans) females. The method used, among others, Alizarin Red S staining Alcian Blue, methods of paraffin with Hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) and Mallory acid fuchsin and used 3 adult turtles 3 years old. The results showed that vertebral caudalis red-eared turtles (Trachemys scripta elegans) females composed of true bone, vertebrae-type amphicoelous not have plains autotomy and histology red-eared turtles (Trachemys scripta elegans) females resemble histological structure other tail reptiles with some differences that only have 4 files do not have the muscle and fat tissue.

Based on the high prevalence of anemia of more than 24% population affected, the natural potential of Indonesia such as Sponge and Moringa leaves to be a salt product high in iron, and interconnection between this theoretical science and Islamic studies related to the utilization of natural materials, we want to explore how potential be a product that can be one of the efforts to alleviate anemia. Initial data collection to explore sponge types and types of plants rich in iron was done using data search portal NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information, USA) in the last five years starting from 2016/03/30 to 2021/03/28. Samples were formulated based on the comparison of seawater, sponge (Spongia sp), and moringa leaves in a composition as follows: Sample A (1:1:0.05), sample B (1:1:0.25), sample C (1:1:0.5) and control that did not use the addition of Moringa leaves (1:1). SARS Edible Straw is an edible straw made of cassava pulp flour combined with chitosan and sorbitol and the addition of sea grapes extract. Sea grapes extract contains bioactive compounds such as protein, polysaccharides, polyphenol, flavonoid, and antioxidants which are used as fortification to enhance the benefit of SARS Edible Straw. The aim of this study is to increase the added-value and progress of sea grapes as domestic products, on the other hand to improve maritime-based community development to support sustainable conservation of marine environment.
