Human rights are the rights relating to overall development of every individual. Every citizen as well as non- citizens caries their rights wherever they go. In the constitution of India various provisions are there that reflects the basic rights which are also known as fundamental rights. But the thing is that there are some specified as well as some unspecified fundamental rights.
