Payment is due upon booking for individual game reservations. Full-season guests have the option to pay 50% upon booking, with the final 50% due by July 1st.

All sales are final. In the event of a game postponement or cancelation, 100% of payments made will be fully credited for future use. Credits can be redeemed throughout the calendar year following the year of the original reservation or to a rescheduled date of the game/opponent booked.

We tailgate, rain or shine! REVELxp staff will provide weather updates via text in the event of inclement weather on game day.

Before gameday, you will receive a Know Before You Go email from your property General Manager with details on timing, location, tent map, and more!

On game day, package capacities will be strictly enforced to prioritize the safety of our tailgate guests. Tailgates exceeding package capacities may be required to remove additional guests to prevent overflow into neighboring tailgate locations. If you anticipate a larger group than initially planned, contact REVELxp to upgrade your package.

Yes, there are several public porta-potty bathrooms areas near the tailgate location.

REVELxp does not permit deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill or open flames. Guests can bring their own food and beverage.

No. REVELxp is not responsible for any personal items in your tailgate location, left behind or misplaced.

No, we ask that you do not move any of the supplied tailgate equipment.

All supplemental items, media packages, and catering orders must be received by the end of the business day on Tuesday, the week of the game (for Saturday games).  Orders placed after this time will not be delivered or provided past the said date.  All supplemental items are subject to availability and issued first come first served.

Any items that contain heating elements including but not limited to, crockpots, griddles, coffee makers, electric grills, heaters, hotplates, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, toasters, and any others not mentioned, will not be powered by any REVELxp generator.  Failure to comply may result in suspension of the aforementioned media package, and a fine up to the amount equivalent to the value of the generator.

For your convenience, we provide cleanup services following each game. REVELxp reserves the right to levy a fine if the trash exceeds reasonable amounts after the guest has left on game day.

Banners and signage that recognize businesses, political candidates, or engage in any form of solicitation on the tailgate site or surrounding areas are strictly prohibited. Signage produced by REVELxp and approved by the University, which identifies each tent, will be permitted at the entrance of each respective tent.

Fires of any type are not permitted. Live music, disc jockeys and excessive amplified sound are not permitted within the Site. Use of any Property utilities is prohibited. Non-Property golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, mopeds, scooters, ATVs, go-karts and the like are not allowed. The Property reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulations in its sole discretion regarding the use of the Site and surrounding areas as the need arises. In the event you order a parking pass from REVELxp, your vehicle must not exceed 2 axles and must fit within one 9x8 foot parking space.  In the event the vehicle cannot fit within the designated parking space or exceeds the parking deck’s maximum height of 9 feet You will be required to find alternative parking in or around campus.  REVELxp will not be responsible for securing or locating parking for guests. If You choose to park in areas not designated for parking, your vehicle will be towed which will result in a $500.00 fine in addition to all expenses resulting from towing. You are responsible for conveying all rules and regulations to all attendees and guests at your tailgate and assume responsibility for actions taken by attendees and guests at your tailgate.
