Andrew Steven Harris is a former editor (and writer on non-Transformers titles) for IDW Publishing, replacing Dan Taylor on editing duties for the Transformers titles. In March 2008, he was replaced as editor by Denton J. Tipton, as he'd moved on to other IDW titles. He also replaced Dan Taylor as editor on IDW's Star Trek, and was replaced there by Andy Schmidt.
He has since left IDW to write for comics and film full time.
Before becoming a comic book editor, he was one of the founding writers of Wizard Magazine, and worked with Wizards of the Coast for their Dungeons and Dragons publications.
