Blu Mankuma

Blu Mankuma (born July 5, 1948) is a Canadian-American actor and voice actor. Some of his on-screen roles include Chairman Graves from Gundam: G-Saviour, Toto from The Tin Man, Adrian's father from 2012, and Capt. Joe Reese from Forever Knight.
Voice acting-wise, he's often best remembered as Gigabyte from ReBoot, Roadblock from the DiC seasons of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Heavy Duty from G.I. Joe: Spy Troops and G.I. Joe: Valor vs. Venom, Lord Mantel from War Planets: Shadow Raiders, Abobo from the poorly conceived Double Dragon animated series, and the first voice of "Flutterguy" from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
