Cerebro-sensitive bullet
From Transformers Wiki
Another of Ironfist's inventions, cerebro-sensitive bullets each contain an onboard computer which locks on to the target's neural processor when the bullet is fired. Anyone using the ammo is guaranteed a head-shot every time. Needless to say, it's popular with some 'Bots more than others.

Fiction
2005 IDW continuity
During the early stages of development, an incident in the lab with a prototype bullet resulted in the bullet being lodged in Ironfist's own head, slowly moving through his processor. He later lent the cerebro-gun to Brainstorm and eventually managed to iron out the kinks in the cerebro-sensitive bullets. He presented the bullets to the Ethics Committee, chaired by Xaaron, and Trailbreaker was visibly disturbed by the entire concept. The committee concluded that the bullets would be banned under Protocol III of the Non-Conventional Weapons Act. The bullets and any adapted firing mechanisms would have to be turned over.
Ironfist was still packing them away when he got the call from Springer to join the Wreckers. He made sure to "accidentally" mix up his packing cases, and took the cerebro-sensitive bullets with him. Bullets As the Wreckers neared Garrus-9, Ironfist presented cerebro-sensitive bullets to Pyro and Guzzle. Last Stand of the Wreckers #2 Guzzle employed them against the Decepticons who attacked Springer's team once they landed. Last Stand of the Wreckers #3 Though Ironfist survived Garrus-9, on the way back, the bullet in his head finally reached its target and killed him. Last Stand of the Wreckers #5
