Concurrence

The Concurrence is a human organization from the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Concurrence (コンカレンス Konkarensu) is a mysterious cabal of humans who are dedicated to destroying the alliance between Earthlings and Autobots and driving all Transformers from Earth. Their ranks are made up of known terrorist leaders, corrupt politicians, alien royalty, mob bosses, mad scientists, and psychotic big game hunters.

Story of Binaltech

In 2004 after an intense investigation into the origins of the Decepticon Binaltechs, Agent Fairborne uncovered the existence of the Concurrence. By using a potent combination of Doctor Arkeville's hypno-chip, and Bombshell's Cerebro-shell technologies the Concurrence managed to take control of many of the Binaltech project members and forced them to revive Decepticons injured by Swindle's Cosmic Rust as Binaltechs. They intended to use the Decepticon Binaltechs to eliminate the Autobots and then vanquish the remaining Decepticons, turning the solar system into a Robot-Free "resort". The Concurrence survived into 2021 and had gained new members by that time. Mutant Targetmaster Birth Chapter They had Old Snake impersonate Universal Peace Alliance chairman Spike Witwicky; Bonus Edition Vol. 58 Snake would later report to his allies of the Mutant Targetmasters trapped in the Legends World. With their ability to emit plasma energy, the Concurrence could destroy the Autobots and take over the universe. Bonus Edition Vol. 50 When Old Snake's cover was blown, the Concurrence instead attempted to outright conquer the Legends World, starting by taking over Tera-Kura Co. and using its facilities to mass-produce weapons. They also used synthoid technology to turn the company president, Beast Megatron, into their loyal soldier, but he ultimately turned on them and forced them to retreat from the Legends World. Bonus Edition Vol. 63 Now known to the Earth Defense Command, the Concurrence entered into open conflict with them around the Earth and its moon and finally came to an end after Star Saber and Greatshot destroyed their space station headquarters. Wings Universe

After a second generation Cybertronian named Rapido marshalled his brethren into an effective fighting force to save Optimus Prime from the Concurrence in 2006, Prime gave emergency command powers to Rapido. Wings Universe Rapido profile
