The maxi-malady (secure) unit, also known as the Garage, is a facility on Cybertron where the Autobots keep those recovering from the side-effects of Nucleon.

Regeneration One

After being transferred from the Nursery, Silverbolt, Blaster, Huffer, and Inferno were patients at the Garage where their new Nucleon-free bodies underwent rigorous testing on Prowl's orders. Chafing at the inaction and keen to be doing something to help the Autobot cause, Blaster monitored Decepticon communication frequencies and discovered that Soundwave was deliberately keeping Cybertron's population in an agitated state. Realising that he was being monitored, Soundwave sent Snarler, Carnivac, and Roadblock—the Mayhem Attack Squad—to the Garage to prevent Blaster from telling anyone what he had learned, but the four Autobots were able to disarm and subdue the Mayhems with only minimal casualties.
