Joe Givens (born July 28, 1977) is a comic book colorist. He got his first work in 1997 when he became senior colorist for Heroic Age Studios and provided colors for many high profile titles for D.C. and Marvel Comics including Batman, Wonder Woman, JLA and Spider-girl. Also at the time he provided Transformers work to 88MPH Studios and 3H Productions, neither of whom appear to have paid him.[1] Since then he has worked part-time to get a BA in Visual Communication, and worked as graphic designer for a screen printing business. He works professionally at his studio Fire Forge GraFX. Sébastien Clavet once threatened to sue him.[2]
