Synopsis
On board the Thunder Arrow, the Breastforce report to an unhappy Deathsaurus that Leozack has broken ranks to try and conquer Earth on his own.
Down on Earth, at Jan's school, his class receives a new foreign exchange student: Solon Kitakaze! When the bell rings, Jan and his girl, Illumina, confront Solon. Solon explains that he has been sent to school by Deathsaurus in order to study the "primitive humans" and uncover their weaknesses.
Jan isn't about to take that lying down, but before he can break his hand on Solon's metal body, they are interrupted by Leozack, who begins demolishing skyscrapers. Solon runs off to provide Leozack with reinforcements, Jan chases after him to stop him, and Illumina follows them both because she wants everyone to stick together.
Up in Galaxy Shuttle, the Autobots receive an S.O.S. from Earth. Star Saber orders the Multiforce to stay behind while he goes to investigate.
Back on Earth, Leozack dreams of his imminent promotion as he destroys an oil refinery. Star Saber swoops in to stop the mad Decepticon, only to get punched in the nosecone. As Star Saber transforms to robot mode, Leozack prepares to finish him off with his "Breast Attack". Unfortunately for him, he accidentally left Lionbreast back on the Thunder Arrow. With the revelation that Leozack's whole torso is unprotected, Star Saber jumps on the opportunity to whip out his Saber Blade and impale the Decepticon.
As Leozack retreats, Jan is overjoyed at the Autobot victory, though Solon is more than a little miffed (marking Leozack down 95 points in his journal). Star Saber introduces himself to Illumina and Solon and asks if they're Jan's friends. Jan stresses that Solon is most certainly not his friend, which hurts Solon's feelings.
Jan then proceeds to make fun of Solon for missing his ride home from school, causing Solon to declare angrily that he'll beat Jan at everything from grades to sports. Illumina sighs.

Notes
- Ban Magami's design for Illumina differs significantly from the design used in the Victory cartoon.
- Solon marks Leozack down by 95 points after his defeat. How exactly does this point system work? Are they, like, demerits or something?
