Martine Reigner

Martine Reigner (April 11, 1956 - November 25, 2022) was a Belgian actress who has been active in dubbing until the mid 2000s.

She started on stage and recorded some radio stories. Then she was offered to give a try to dubbing. She notably dubbed Claudia Wells as Jennifer Parker in Back to the Future, Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz in Beetlejuice and Maggie Wheeler as Janice in Friends.

In animation, among her roles are Dennis in Dennis the Menace, Mitamura in Love Me, My Knight, Buttercup in The Powerpuff Girls, Rebi in Arcadia of My Youth: Endless Orbit SSX and she provided additional voices for series including He-Man, MASK, Sailor Moon and Tom Sawyer. She has also been the voice of Huey, Dewey and Louie in Ducktales and in several TV animated films.

In 2007, she progressively stopped dubbing for medical reasons until 2009 when she definitely stopped.

In November 2022, she passed away following a long illness.
