The Transformers cartoon
Just sit right back and you'll read a tale,
A tale of a mighty ship
That launched from good old planet Junk
Straight into Unicron's grip
When Junkions allies did make
They gave a rad hurrah,
And launched the Minnow straight away
To kill the grand poobah, to kill the grand poobah
At Cybertron did they arrive
Flame breath it couldn't avoid,
If not for the mend work of the fearless crew,
The Minnow'd be destroyed, the Minnow'd be destroyed
They fought the Chaos Bringer for as long as they could fight
With Wreck-Gar,
Ultra Magnus too,
Perceptor, perhaps Blurr,
Maybe Wheelie,
And the rest,
By Darkest hour's new light!

- Behold, Galvatron! Unicron Companion Pack (2022)
- In honor of the 35th anniversary of The Transformers: The Movie, the Minnow was included as part of the "Unicron Companion Pack" meant to serve as an extra accessory for the gigantic War for Cybertron Trilogy Unicron figure. The Minnow was made of painted rubbery plastic and could peg onto the small clear display stand that came with Unicron.
- The Unicron Companion Pack was included with a similarly Movie-centric version of Galvatron. This set was exclusively available through Hasbro Pulse.
Notes
- This vessel went nameless for over 20 years. It was retroactively dubbed the Minnow in Transformers: The Complete Ark.
- If you haven't figured it out by now, the Minnow shares it name with the boat the characters from the TV show Gilligan's Island were on when a storm marooned them on an uncharted isle.
- Wreck-Gar introduces the Minnow with the line "new, improved Junkion planet is sleek, sexy import with turbo handling". This is a leftover from the early script in which the Junkions' planet was their spaceship.
