I used that phrase specifically because of a kerfuffle that Eric was unfortunately dragged into because of this wiki. Soon he met some local fans down here in Australia, somebody contacted him for an updated list which we now use on the wiki. Local anti-Hasbro douches started up a fuss about Eric claiming credit on toys or something, which he read and responded to via the site owner, and from that I decided to give this admittedly awkward phrasing to make it clear that many hands are involved in toys, and we give credit based upon what limited information we have at the time. --FFN 23:13, 11 September 2010 (EDT)

It's a shame if people bugged him from a position of such ignorance, and moreso if they used our material for their crusade. But... I honestly don't see how "portfolio" doesn't convey the exact same information. These are the toys Eric (or whoever) worked on. Could anyone seriously conclude from that word that Eric was the ONLY person who worked on them--the only designer, colorist, copywriter, guy who threw the switch on the plastic-mixers in the factory? They're obviously team enterprises and in those cases he was on the team. A dishonest person tending a grudge will be able to spin any phrase we use into attacking the designers (or whoever), so I don't think there's anything to be gained from attempting to engage with their mentality. Tankor released in late 99?

The only ones I could speak to would be Mega Tankor and Cheetor. At BotCon 1999, in summer, the Hasbro reps said they would be out by Christmas, and I remember getting them early in the following fall semester. --Thylacine 2000 (talk) 22:31, 9 April 2021 (EDT)

Unsurprisingly

I think I have found and eliminated all the uses of "unsurprisingly reached" (and its synonym "unsurprisingly arrived"). There may be other variants that I haven't caught.
