All statistics correct as of April 16, 2019.

Notes:
  1. Forfeited in favor of Bacoor; game originally ended with Parañaque winning 82–81, but a referee upgraded a two-point field-goal of Parañaque to a three-point field-goal. The league ruled that the referee ruled in error, ordered the game to be replayed at 81–all, starting in overtime, but Parañaque failed to show up in the replayed game.[4]
