Partner Support

The Trove Partner Support team is available to support Partners to access services and make the best use of Trove.  We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. As Trove Collaborative Services is an initiative of the National Library of Australia, we will respond in accordance with the NLA Service Charter.

Planned maintenance

The National Library of Australia is undertaking scheduled online maintenance during the following periods:

  • 8pm Friday 7 March to 11am Saturday 8 March (AEDT)
  • 8pm Friday 21 March to 11am Saturday 22 March (AEDT)
  • 8pm Friday 28 March to 11am Saturday 29 March (AEDT)
  • 8pm Friday 4 April to 11am Saturday 5 April (AEDT)
  • 8pm Friday 11 April to 11am Saturday 12 April (AEDT)

During this time the following online Partner services will be unavailable:

Trove Australian Libraries Gateway (ALG)
Libraries Australia (LA) Search Australian Interlibrary Resource Sharing (ILRS) Directory
Libraries Australia (LA) Administration National edeposit (NED) Portal
Cataloguing client National edeposit (NED) Support
Australian National Bibliographic Database (Libraries Australia) search FTP deposit
Metadata harvesting (all scheduled metadata harvesting activities will be paused during the planned maintenance) The National Library website and catalogue

Report a technical issue

If you want to report a problem or technical issue with any of our Trove Partner Services, please contact Trove Support.

If you find something in Trove is not quite working as you'd expect, we recommend checking our page on known IT issues to see if the technical team is already working on it. The Trove system updates page also shares recent fixes and release notes on updates to the Trove system and includes a list of frequently asked questions that we update regularly.
