A B S T R A C T West Java Province consist of 26 regency/city with among year 2010-2015 have vari... more A B S T R A C T West Java Province consist of 26 regency/city with among year 2010-2015 have variety of level economic growth, it happen because imbalance factors of resources or investment level among regency/city in public or private sectors. Imbalance of economic development in regency/city in West Java Province should take seriously to solve the unstable/imbalance of development. This research conduct with klassen typology analysis and Williamson’s index analysis approach method. Research showed that regency/city that have significant growth in economic level per capita and gross domestic product (GDP) are Purwakarta Regency, Bekasi Regency, and Bandung City. The regency/city that have minimal growth in economic level per capita and GDP are Garut Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency, and Subang Regency. The level of imbalance of economic growth and the rate of GRDP in West Java Province is remain high, means there is still inequality between regency/city in West Java Province. A B S T R A K Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan jumlah 26 kabupaten/kota sepanjang tahun 2010 – 2015 memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berbeda-beda, hal ini disebabkan karena perbedaan sumberdaya antar daerah atau tingkat investasi antar daerah (baik pemerintah maupun swasta). Perbedaan dari pembangunan ekonomi antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat harus ditangani secara serius agar permasalahan ketidakstabilan / ketidakseimbangan pembangunan tersebut menjadi semakin meluas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tipologi klassen dan Analisis Indeks Williamson’s. Beberapa Kabupaten / Kota yang memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi per kapita dan laju Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) yang tinggi antara lain adalah Kabupaten Purwakarta, Kabupaten Bekasi, dan Kota Bandung, sedangkan untuk wilayah kabupaten / kota dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi per kapita dan laju PDRB yang rendah antara lain adalah Kabupaten Garut, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, dan Kabupaten Subang. Tingkat ketimpangan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan laju PDRB di Provinsi Jawa Barat masih tergolong tinggi artinya masih terdapat ketimpangan antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Spectrum sensing in cutting edge remote radio systems is viewed as a critical innovation to beat ... more Spectrum sensing in cutting edge remote radio systems is viewed as a critical innovation to beat the issue of range shortage. Tragically, numerous ways to deal with range detecting do not function admirably in low signal to noise ratio (SNR) situations and noise uncertainty. The GLRT approach can form other algorithms if it uses a derivation with the right assumptions. In previous research, the calculation of the GLRT approach is generally used in multi-antenna equipment, given the fact that the idea of the GLRT approach can accept multi-antenna wire parameters. Multi-antenna is used to describe the number of IoT devices because these devices are widely used in the industrial revolution now. Signal space-time block coding (MIMO-STBC-OFDM) is used as a multi-antenna signal from the primary signal (PU). Rayleigh distributed channel using a Geometric Based Single Bounce (GBSB) and also use as the multi-antenna from the secondary user (SU). This research wants to show if all algorithms derived from the GLRT approach can overcome the problem of noise uncertainty, small SNR, and choose which algorithm is very suitable for use in this condition. Simulation set up to solve issues shown by the results of the correlation multi-antenna receiver matrix (Rx) in the SU. The results show that the GLRT algorithm is robust because the GLRT approach does not require noise power assumption. On the other hand, the calculation of the algorithm using the GLRT approach shows if the algorithm can overcome the problem of vulnerability at a low SNR level and noise uncertainty. The final comparison results also show that the GLRT Kernel (KGLRT) algorithm can be stable in a multi-antenna IoT device.
