Dr. Yuvaraja Dibdalli
Dr. Dibdalli received his Bachelor of Science degree (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from Gulbarga University, Kalburgi - Karnataka, India, in 2011. He obtained his Master of Science in Chemistry from Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Bellary - Karnataka, India, in 2015. In 2023, he received his PhD in Chemistry from Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Bellary - Karnataka, India. Also, during his PhD, he carried out research stays at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, Chile; Universidad Mayor Santiago, Chile; and Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins, Santiago, Chile (2018-2023). Dr. Dibdalli has authored 12 research articles and holds 02 patent in the field of chemistry, showcasing his significant contributions to the scientific community.
Dr. Dibdalli currently works as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Biology and Applied Chemistry (CIBQA) at Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins, Santiago, Chile.
Research lines are inorganic, organic, and organometallic synthesis, with a focus on electron delocalization, electron transfer, and mixed valence phenomena in both homo- and heterobimetallic systems. Tris(pyrazolyl)borates (Tpx, Tp-R) Metal complexes serve as a central focus within this exploration. The overarching goal is the development of new materials with applications in homogeneous catalysis and energetic materials. Additionally, the research extends to the synthesis of polymerization catalysts and catalysts influencing burning rates.
