However, due to many commonly used words in clinical disease descriptions, the direct mapping matching rate between the diagnosis names entered in the electronic medical records and the ICD codes is low. In this paper, based on the actual diagnostic data on the regional health platform, a disease term map incorporating standard terms was constructed. Specifically, based on the rule algorithm based on the components of the disease, a data-enhanced BERT (bidirectional encoder representation from transformers) upper and lower relationship recognition algorithm is proposed. Synonymous upper and lower relationships identify diseases, and the hierarchical structure is further integrated. Solar PV has been one of the primary renewable energy sources in the current context due to its t... more Solar PV has been one of the primary renewable energy sources in the current context due to its typical characteristics and sophisticated operation. Most of the time, the output of solar PV has been observed to be irregular and unpredictable; due to this, the load end gets stressed most of the time. Power generation via PhotoVoltaic (PV), due to their benefits such as ease of availability, low cost, negligible environmental pollution, lower maintenance tariff, has been gaining popularity compared to other available renewable resources. In order to minimize the drastic effects of changing environmental conditions over the output of the PV system, the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technique has been adopted in most of the areas. It helps to keep track of the panel’s maximum power output to increase overall energy generation. Easy design, low cost, good performance characteristics with minimal output power variability, and the ability to monitor changing conditions easily and quickly are significant features of MPPT controllers. An MPPT system based on an improved neural network has been proposed and developed in the current study. As compared to existing software computing technologies and conventional powerpoint monitoring arrangements, the proposed system has a lower transient and steady-state response. Extensive research has been carried out on a standalone solar photovoltaic system for multidimensional performance analysis. The output has been studied, and considerable changes have been highlighted, followed by necessary explanations.

Data transmission is always vulnerable to assault on the digital side. Cipher strength analysis i... more Data transmission is always vulnerable to assault on the digital side. Cipher strength analysis is a crucial component of a business or academic safety evaluation. For data security, a robust encryption process is needed. Therefore, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), an encoding requirement that was better than the standard, was modified in 2001 by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology. The AES algorithm is solely based on the design of substitution-permutation network concept and performs well in both software and hardware. The described method is an algorithm that uses a single identical secret key for encryption and decryption. Public or private, commercial etc. programmes are not allowed to utilise it. To date, significant research on spot methods is presently being conducted to protect further the AES algorithm. This research work focuses on describing the comparison of time and performance when two FPGAs are utilized for the architecture of the AES. This work introduces a methodology of encrypting AES algorithm for fast processing of IoT devices. In this, the AES algorithm are implemented on two FPGAs and it has been realized that the Spartan-6 FPGA provides better throughput and less time delay to the FPGA based IoT devices.

The high speed and low area FFT algorithm using CORDIC and radix 2⁁5 calculation is proposed here. CORDIC is fundamentally DSP application yet here it is utilized for twiddle component augmentation. Radix 2⁁5 fft calculation is utilized for lessening of complex duplication. The proposed computation minimizes the amount of multipliers. Plot outlines show that the FFT arranged by the proposed framework shows a lower hardware with more quality than existing systems. Our designed has a working frequency up to 420.203 MHZ. CORDIC computation is executed in both MATLAB and in Xilinx on Virtex-5.
