The Administrative theory developed by Henri Fayol is among the notable classical theoretical frameworks of management in social organizations including schools. This study pursued an understanding of the utility of Henri Fayol’s 14 principles of administration among managers of secondary schools in Tanzania focusing on the nature of leadership and the perceived significance of the principles on daily management processes among school managers. A cross-sectional survey was adopted to collect data using questionnaires from 68 school managers across 32 secondary schools in three regions of Tanzania Mainland. The data collected were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences. The findings revealed that a relatively large number of school managers have had leadership experience, but many are still juniors with stumpy leadership in-service training. The trade union was established under the federation of employees known as ‘Trade union Congress of Tanzania’ (TUCTA). Trade union was established in order to observe employees’ rights inside and outside of working place as well as to observe their beneficiaries concerning their salaries. This paper will observe in detail the role of TUCTA as federation of Tanzanian employees, its responsibilities, its success and failures as well as challenges that lead to failure of the federation. But also this paper will observe what the employees (as members of the union) and the government can do in order to meet success toward employees and nation development in general.

Agriculture in Tanzania probably began about 1000BC.But the farmers still made wooden and stone tools. However by the 4th century AD Bantu people began to migrate to Tanzania hence they brought iron tools and weapons, these lead to the introduction of iron tools such as hand hoes and panga in agricultural activities. Form 19th C Europeans began to explore inland Tanzania. When they reach Tanzania came up and introduced different crops like cloves and cashew nuts in the case of Zanzibar.

Good education is important to any society and is often seen as a cornerstone of social and economic development. Since 1995 Tanzania has had a policy objective of enhancing equitable access to quality education to all of its citizens. The school inspection is at the same time one important tool for the Government with the mission to notice and ensure the quality of good performance in the schools. This makes it important that the School Inspectorate conducts its duties in an efficient and effective way.

Today Tanzania has introduced the new Education and Training policy of 2014 which lunched on February 13, 2015 by Hon. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, the president of United Republic of Tanzania.  Actually the policy has focused the need to step forward our education. It highlighted all the needs of Tanzanians and therefore, to fulfill the 2025 development vision.

The main objective of the project is to create suitable environment for providing Guidance and Counseling to the students of Dodoma municipal. The need to create suitable environment for providing guidance and counseling as a result of solving the problem of the place for offering guidance and counseling in schools.

Strategic management refer to the systematic analysis of the factors associated with customers and competitors (the external environment) and the organization itself (the internal environment) to provide the basis for maintaining optimum management practices (Thompson et al, 2010).
In that case strategic management involves the formulation and implementation of the major goals and initiatives taken by an organization’s top management on behalf of owners, based on consideration of resources and an assessment of the internal and external environments in which the organization competes.

Background: currently, there is a progressive increase of students with disabilities, particularly children with hearing impairment who need assistive technology to enhance their abilities in information management and communication in their daily life activities.
Objective: this study was guided by four specific objectives including; to assess teachers’ conceptions on the use of assistive technology, to assess teachers’ competences on the use of assistive technology devices, to explore teachers’ opinions on learning opportunities by using assistive technology devices and to determine the challenges facing special needs education teachers and pupils with hearing impairment in using assistive technology devices in teaching and learning process respectively.
Methodology:It was a descriptive case study with a qualitative research approach having a minimum sample of 11 SNETs from inclusive primary schools in Mwanza, Tanzania. Convenient and purposive sampling were employed to the selected the region and participants. Data were collected by using interview, document review and focused group discussion and analyzed by themes.
Results: indicated that the majority of SNETshad adequate knowledge (72.7%) and skills (81.8%) about AT devices used in teaching pupils with HI. However, it was revealed that most of them (63.6%) had low conception on the use of AT devices during teaching and learning process. This went hand by hand with their levels of using AT devices in which it was found that 36.4% of SNETs had low use of AT devices. Among the contributing factors to these finding were observed to be lack of motivation, recognition, on-job training and sometimes inadequate support from families, stakeholders and the government.
Conclusion: it can be concluded that, there is a need to insist and motivate SNETs to use AT devices to teach pupils with HI to have good academic performance.
Recommendation: a call from these finding is made to the policy makers, program developers, curriculum developers, professionals and families to join efforts of making sure that there is adequate supply of modern AT devices to all-inclusive primary school and thus, SNETs have motives to use them to help pupils with HI learn effectively and efficiently.
