The research is based on a qualitative approach developed through semi-structured interviews recorded in audio and analyzed according to the epistemology of emergence. Data collection took place in Porto Murtinho, a city that makes up the Bioceanic Route under construction to connect Brazil to Paraguay as part of a regional socioeconomic development project. In all, 8 women were interviewed who, despite revealing a sexual prevention routine and professional autonomy, reinforced the role of critical health literacy as a tool for permanent self-care and health promotion. In addition, the relationship between the implementation of the Bioceanic Route and its possible negative impact on safety and social determinants in health is highlighted, since the consequent increase in the flow of people and services in the region corroborates the growth of prostitution and sex tourism. With this, it is concluded that more effective public health policies must be taken to ensure greater health literacy for these women, as well as the need to encourage academic debate on the subject.

This research is characterized as exploratory, based on a bibliographical review, in a selective and critical manner. Analysis through indexicality allowed the identification of sociolinguistic characteristics in the local context and what are the meanings, values and status that are attributed to contact languages in their respective uses, which the different groups and social strata belonging to the conurbation attribute to the codes used in daily events and relational dynamics. The multiple discourses, observed in the speeches of local residents and in their fluid form, denote the need to rethink the notion of what language is in contact zones from the perspective of superdiversity. The linguistic varieties and the uses that residents make of the different languages available in the repertoire are characteristic of this contact zone and this is a condition that is best evidenced in the coexistence of Spanish, Portuguese and indigenous languages in this territory. Linguistic plurality and the ways of using the languages that make up the repertoire together, even if in fragments, are evidenced through translingual approaches and fluid views that not only take into account the situation of the speaker and his condition in society, but also its super diverse characteristics, compared to subjective emotional aspects

A revisão bibliográfica abordou os autores: Baptista (1997), Bauman (2012), Da Silva (2012), Dalfovo (2008), Mamede (2019), Marques (2022), Oliveira (2018), Osório (2011), Pesavento (2002), Rodrigues (1986), Sposito (1992), e Vieira (201 O).

Following a brief description of key CAL principles, the authors explore the potency of affect and emotionality of texts by way of duo/ trioethnography (Norris & Sawyer, 2012, 2017), a research methodology particularly relevant for exploring affective/emotional dimensions of language in educational domains (e.g., English for Academic Purposes, Language Teacher Education, English for Medical Purposes) and as part of broader socio-political deliberation. The authors detail specific features of duoethnographic research method?ology (e.g., participant transparency and juxtaposition, epistemological and ideological risk-tak?ing) that contribute to CAL principles and aspi?rations. In the final sec?tions of the paper, the authors identify several implications of their trioethnography for the development of CAL in applied linguistics followed by brief descrip?tions of curricular and pedagogical innovation where affect/emotion has been integral to the pedagogical and literacy strategies described.

This new route could shorten the transport time between South America and Asia by approximately two weeks. This paper's purpose is to contextualize, map, identify, and analyze the effects of this new logistics network designed by the Bioceanic Route over the Local Productive Arrangements (LPA) in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. To achieve these goals, a spatial econometric methodology was adopted to determine the State's productive concentration. The results indicate that this route will bring many development opportunities. However, for that to happen, favorable policies are essential and must be developed to facilitate an integration that allows for competitiveness in the State's economic activities. However, mere unplanned integration will potentially only lead to the reinforcement of already existing regional inequalities in the State.

Considering the visual-spatial characteristic of the Brazilian sign language and the challenges of writing Portuguese by deaf people, we envision the possibility of describing the concept for languages of different modalities. The objective of this work is to discuss the concept of orientation and spatial repertoire in a dialogue with the spatial elements of Libras grammar. Thus, it is a bibliographical research centered on the study by Canagarajah (2017), but we bring to the dialogue other authors who contribute to the proposed theme, namely Brito (1995); Silva and Cavalcanti (2007). The data constructed indicate that the spatial orientation in translanguaging accommodates communicative practices that include more expansive spatial repertoires, and could be a path taken for the written record of bilingual deaf people, since their linguistic strategies are analogous to those mentioned in the research by Canagarajah (2017) . The text is part of the doctoral thesis in Education and brings contributions from data constructed during the field period.
