that surround them. This study presents a method to rank caves according to their priority for conservation and restoration. Nine caves were evaluated: indicators related to the environmental impacts and the vulnerability status presented by those caves (intrinsic features) and the values scored in a ‘Cave Conservation Index’ (CCI) were established. We also used a rapid assessment protocol to measure cave vulnerability for prioritization of conservation/ restoration actions (RAP-cr) comparing natural cavities with the same lithology, due to “strictu sensu” peculiarities. Based on the protocols applied in caves of the municipality of Laranjeiras, Sergipe, Northeastern Brazil, we concluded that the present method attended to the needs for the classification of the caves into categories of conservation/restoration status, using little time and financial effort, through rapid diagnostics that facilitate the comparisons. In this perspective, the CCI can be used to indicate areas that should be protected and caves
that should be prioritized to have initiated activities of conservation and restoration.

The analyzed data were obtained through observations in the field and the completion of forms. The studied caves are small, develop in limestone rocks; and inserted in the Atlantic Forest. Beside that, each cave presents different environmental characteristics. Only one cave has water drainage, and another one has paleontological evidence. More research is needed to increase the knowledge of the speleological heritage of the municipality of Laranjeiras, and understand the relationships between the populations and the conservation of caves.

It is to discuss the influences of environmental elements contingent on the dynamics and speleological conservation. The research was conducted in the municipality of Laranjeiras, Sergipe. The methodology adopted was proposed by Spink & Gimenes (1994), Machado (2003), Bardin (2007) and Spink (2010) using complementary scales for collection and processing of data: the interpersonal scale and the shared consciousness. The main research tools used were: document analysis, participant observation and semi-structured interview. The results achieved point the influences of discursive practices and meanings produced by the research subjects into two valences assigned to cave spaces in the municipality of Laranjeiras, Sergipe. It is possible to talk about positive and negative direction senses. About the positive valence, we have: the cave as mystical place; the cave as shelter and the cave as a place aesthetic (beauty and tourist potential). Part of the negative valence is about the meanings attributed to the caves as: a) dangerous place; b) ugly place; c) dirty place. Finally, it is also stated the existence of socio-discursive mediation or the influence that language has on the use of social context, dynamics and conservation of caves.

Given the constraints that occur in textbooks, and based on the traditional forms that are taught subjects relevant to parasitology was produced an educational game based on problems identified in the student's knowledge of the didactics of the teacher and the book presentation adopted by the College Cleonice Soares Fonseca located in the city said. To build this application was applied a questionnaire to the teacher in an attempt to discover their difficulties to teach parasites. Another questionnaire to students with questions pertaining to the subject being studied to determine the level of pre-existing information on and analysis of the same book. The game features cards with tips related to diseases, stimulates the ability of deduction and investigative curiosity of the participants and may be adopted in the classroom or even the students themselves. So we can consider it with an appeal for aid in the teaching-learning students on parasitological diseases.

In Sergipe, the highlights are the mangrove ecosystems, Restinga, Caatinga and Atlantic Forest, many still unknown to much of the population. Because of the lack of explanations of Sergipe ecosystems in textbooks, the teacher and thestudents, was made a CD-ROM based on the difficulties of both the educator and the student worked on the subject. Thus, the CD-ROM can be considered as an auxiliary toolin learning about ecosystems Sergipe.

This specimen revealed leucism restricted to the pelage of the body, which was completely white, whereas the eyes, wings, legs, ears, snout, and nasal leaf were all coloured normally. The female was apparently well integrated into the group, ostensibly healthy, of normal size and carrying a late-term fetus.

The distribution of this species in Sergipe state is poorly know. In previous works the neotropical lontra was registered in the São Francisco river and in the Vaza Barris river. In this work the occurrence of this species is registered in a Pedra Branca cave, located at the margins of Sergipe river, in the municipality of Maruim, Sergipe state, northeast Brazil, and contributes to widening the distribution of this species in the state of Sergipe.

This science is rarely covered by science textbooks, that is why build a teaching resource about this science is so important. The State of Sergipe, northeastern Brazil, has over fifty registered caves, and this kind of environment are differentiated ecosystems. Thus, in order to improve the study of this subject in the classroom and to contextualize with the local reality and other subjects (e.g. ecology, environmental education, tourism) in the school curriculum, it was decided to build up a CD- ROM resource.

The CD-ROM was developed with a clear and accessible language, and includes immersive images that bring some of the environment's reality to anyone who has digital access. Thus, given the intrinsic characteristics of Sergipe's caves (such as the presence of drops and slopes, obstacles, narrow conducts and low ceilings) and absence of management plan, this supplementary material becomes an important tool for speleotourism accessibility, especially by people with reduced mobility.

To build an education subject was given a quiz with questions referring to Bioespeleology, those ones was analyzed for check the presence of basic content about this topic, such as myths and untwisted knowledge. The Cd-rom was elaborated with the PowerPoint software with videos/documentaries, photos, pictures and hypertexts which can be accessed by the order and time that the user wants it. This didactic resource can be used to support the significant learning process for the students, because it is a tool fromthe considerate "New Technology" and become as a dynamic supply instead of dull and traditional classes, however, its construction brings protection from many ways, for individual and group use, to a scientific knowledge formation.

However, it was made primers and administrated lectures to pupils of the school, that before and after the lecture answered to a questionnaire. These have been compared for the check from the modification of the concepts as students had about bats and their ecological sense. The data collect shown that every crew improve their productivity after watched the lesson, what took us to believe that many myths present inside students of Muncipal Maria Ione Macedo Cabral School´s mind were the product of lack of information or disfigure of knowledge. By it, make it necessary further studies to minimize and/or eradicate the twisted knowledge that it has about habits, features and meaning of these animals to ecological balance.

The study points out the subsidies necessary for institutionalization of the protected area the future. To do so, based on the modified matrix of Leopold (1971) conducted to impact assessment through direct observation. Thus was characterized of the caves components and its ecosystem main impacts, and so we proposed an effective plan for the conservation of these caves.

The comparative analysis inferred that some of the previous geographical locations were made with different values of the validation work, indicating mainly datum errors. After the organization of comparative maps (before and after), and exemplification of cartographic map data (with geographic positioning), these results were confirmed. To reduce these differences in location we suggest courses and workshops to improve handling equipment and data analysis. These will consolidate the practices in universities, where there are more users of this type of information, and improve the validation techniques of caves by CECAV.
