One major hurdle is the unwieldy nature of the expressions which in part has limited developers mostly to including only dipoles and quadrupoles. In this paper, we present a generalization of the Cartesian formulation of electrostatic multipolar interactions that enables the specification of an arbitrary order of multipoles. Specifically, we derive formulas for arbitrary order implementation of the particle mesh Ewald method and give a closed form formula for the stress tensor in the reciprocal space. In addition, we provide recurrence relations for common electrostatic potentials employed in molecular simulations, which allows for the generalization to arbitrary order and guarantees a computational cost that scales as O(p(3)) for Cartes...

This study seeks to find the role of demographic variables in knowledge sharing among teachers in senior high schools. Methodology: The survey research design was used as the methodology for the study. The participants of the study were senior high school teachers. These participants were selected using convenience sampling technique. Questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression. Findings: The study found that male teachers share more of their knowledge than female teachers. Additionally, first degree holders were found to share their knowledge more than HND holders. Originality: This study has established the relationship between demographic variables and knowledge sharing among senior high school teachers in Ghana

This study seeks to ascertain the kind of corporate social initiatives that Ghanaian banks report in the print media. The qualitative approach was employed in this study. It adopts the media content analysis approach to ascertain the corporate social initiatives that Ghanaian banks report in the Daily Graphic. The banking sector was chosen because of the increasing spending of thousands of dollars on several CSR activities. Findings of the study indicate that, CSR stories that the banks reported were corporate philanthropy.

Using a structured questionnaire, data was collected from a random sample of 840 students from three tertiary institutions in Ghana. The study revealed that the most significant determinant of the students brand choice of mobile phones was perceived quality (p<0.05). Although price, prestige, and promotion also influenced their choice of mobile phone these were not significant at the 0.05 level. The study further revealed that availability and mobile phones as gift items also influenced the brand of phone used by the students (p>0.05). The study concludes that inspite of their economic handicaps, students brand choice was driven most by perceived quality and not price. Recommendations on how information technology manufacturers’ particularly mobile phone companies and marketers can exploit these drivers to sustain and improve their brand equity among students have been made.
