In the previous studies, the change in the polarization angle would be greater with the longer time of VCO ozonation. This study aimed to determine the effect and the relation of ozonation flow rate, ozonation duration, ozone dose, and viscosity on the changes in the transmission polarization angle on VCO. The sample used is VCO, which was ozonated with a constant volume and varied by its flow rates and ozonation times. The parameter measured from VCO is the change in the transmission polarization angle. Red and green diode lasers with a power of 5 mW were used as light sources. The results showed that the ozonation affects the value of the change in the polarization angle.
