Data status gizi pada anak usia 5-12 tahun di DKI Jakarta menunjukkan underweight 14,0% dan overweight 6,8%. Data secara spesifik untuk wilayah Jakarta Selatan adalah underweight 7,4% dan overweight 7,3%. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that has a characteristic communicatio... more Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that has a characteristic communication disorder. Greenspan and Wieder introduced the DIR Floortime model that is able to improve communication in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This paper aims to apply the DIR Floortime approach to improve two-way communication skills in ASD children. This final project focuses on children aged 4 years and 10 months, based on the assessment results on A / n. B has developmental delays in communication, especially two-way communication which is equivalent to 2 years of age. A / n. B has reached the third development milestone, namely two-way communication The design of this intervention is made in one Long Term Goal (LTG) and eight Short Term Goal (STG). In the intervention carried out for eight meetings the results of the evaluation were in accordance with the Wee-FIM assessment that DIR Floortime had an effect on increasing two-way communication by 41.07% to 80.36% in children with a total increase of 35.71%, but children have not been consistent to answer questions. Better and consistent progress can be seen if this intervention can be carried out regularly.

Kesimpulan: Anak-anak dengan kelebihan berat badan berisiko untuk memiliki prestasi akademik yang buruk sebesar 6.3 kali. Nutritional problems are one of the important factors that influence student academic achievement. The purpose of the study: to determine the effect of nutritional status on academic achievement of students in grades 1-3 in elementary school. Methods: the design used was a retrospective cohort by looking at the relationship between the School Wide Assessment (SWA) score and the nutritional status of children in the previous 9 months. The population in this study were students in grades 1-3 at HighScope Indonesia School with a total sampling of 480 children. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between variables of nutritional status on academic achievement 6:29 RR (95% CI 3.82-10.35). In the cox regression analysis showed good nutritional status had RR at 3.17 (95% CI 2.404 to 4.204) and was significant at p-value 0.000. While other variables indicate that there is no significant relationship with the risk of having poor academic performance. In the final model cox regression analysis on variable nutritional status on achievement also showed RR values of 3.09 (95% CI 2.365 to 4,053) p-value 0,000. Conclusion: Children who are overweight are at risk for having bad academic achievement of 6.3 times.
Abstrak Anak dengan diagnosis Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) mengalami keterbatasan dalam komunik... more Abstrak Anak dengan diagnosis Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) mengalami keterbatasan dalam komunikasi sosial dan perilaku repetitif, keterbatasan minat, serta perilaku yang menyebabkan anak tersebut kesulitan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari khususnya aktivitas memakai kaos secara mandiri sehingga membutuhkan penanganan dari okupasi terapis. Kemampuan koordinasi gerak, persepsi dan juga keterbatasan kognisi juga menjadikan kesulitan tersendiri dalam melakukan dan mempelajari kemampuan memakai kaos. Dalam kasus ini kerangka acuan yang dipakai adalah Behavior Therapy untuk melatih dan mengajarkan kemampuan memakai kaos pada anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder melalui pemberian prompting, reinforcement, modelling dan chainning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan kerangka acuan Behavior Therapy guna meningkatkan kemampuan aktivitas memakai kaos pada anak Autism Spectrum Disorder berusia 5 tahun. Proses penatalaksanaannya diawali dari pemeriksaan dan kemudian tuangkan ke dalam program intervensi yang disusun secara terperinci menggunakan Long Term Goal (LTG) dan di bagi lagi ke dalam tahapan-tahapan Short Term Goal (STG). Hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar program penatalaksanaannya menjadi lebih terukur dengan menggunakan pre-test & post-test. Alat pemeriksaan yang dipakai adalah Wee-FIM (Functional Independent Measurement). Intervensi telah dilakukan selama 9 kali pertemuan dengan menggunakan kerangka acuan Behavior Therapy dan didapatkan hasil pemeriksaan kemampuan memakai kaos sebelum intervensi sebesar 31,42% dan setelah intervensi sebesar 62,82%. Dengan demikian dapat dilakukan kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan pendekatan Behavior Therapy dapat berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kemampuan aktivitas memakai kaos sebesar 31,43%.
