Sistem administrasi berbasis komputer kini menjadi suatu hal utama untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi, termasuk pada sebuah perguruan tinggi. Internet merupakan teknologi yang dapat memudahkan seseorang untuk melakukan kegiatan apapun. Di era teknologi informasi seperti saat ini, Universitas Gunadarma pun memanfaatkan teknologi-teknologi tersebut, termasuk pada Bagian Sidang Ujian. Bagian Sidang Ujian sudah menerapkan sistem administrasi dengan teknologi tersebut, akan tetapi dalam penerapannya masih kurang optimal. Analisis perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pada sistem tersebut. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan analisis, diantaranya adalah SWOT dan PIECES. Dalam penelitian ini, sistem administrasi tersebut dianalisis dengan metode PIECES.
