Teachers' efficacy in carrying out their responsibilities and functions as educators is inextrica... more Teachers' efficacy in carrying out their responsibilities and functions as educators is inextricably linked to the success of Madrasah education. On the other hand, educational facilities and the Madrasah principal's leadership style frequently impact teachers' performance. This quantitative study will look into how female leadership, learning facilities, and all of these characteristics influence the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bandar Lampung City. The SPSS statistics 23 programs were used to perform multiple regression analysis in this quantitative study. The findings revealed that:(1) there is no significant effect of female Madrasah leadership on the performance of Islamic religious teachers;(2) learning facilities have a significant effect on the performance of Islamic religious teachers;(3) female Madrasah principals and Madrasah facilities together have a significant influence on the performance of Islamic religious teachers by 58.6%, and other factors influence the remaining 41.4%. As a result, the study's findings suggest that factors other than gender influence how well Islamic religious education teachers function at Bandar Lampung City's state Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. These criteria include aspects of the learning facility, separately and in conjunction with the leadership of the female Madrasah principal. As a result, more research is needed to look into various other factors that influence the efficiency of Madrasah teachers.

Maka dari itu penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengurai problematika yang masih dihadapi oleh guru SKI pada tiga aspek, yakni pengembangan materi, penerapan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian kualitatif ini mewawancarai beberapa guru SKI dan pimpinan madrasah yang ditunjang dengan hasil pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pengembangan materi dilakukan mengarah pada internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, namun dalam implementasinya guru belum mengintegrasikan materi dengan realitas kehidupan sosial peserta didik; 2). Penggunaan metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru SKI relatif kurang variatif seperti belum mengintegrasikan metode pembelajaran; dan 3) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi penunjang pembelajaran masih sangat terbatas. learning. For parents who are not used to access technology, it becomes a problem. The purpose of this study is to explore a collaboration model between guidance and counseling teachers and parents for attaining learning objectives and overcoming impediments. This research is a descriptive analysis, which explores and analyzes the collaboration between parents and counseling teachers in overcoming difficulties of distance learning and in supporting best efforts that parents should make to guide their children during online learning. The data collection technique is library research, with the primary sources being two journal articles from 2020-2021 about the roles of parents and guidance and counseling teachers in online learning. These sources were examined by a content analysis method. Distance learning requires collaboration with various parties engaged in different educational activities. Parents are involved in the process of mutual communication in the guidance and counseling program and development of students. They also assist in collecting data and information and they support the success of guidance and counseling services via extracurricular monitoring. These various roles are seen to make significant contributions to the effectiveness of the counseling program implementation in schools. In particular, the parental involvement in schooling methods and experiences can provide positive support and influence for the development of student growth. This study has limitation since it provides only few data which cover two journal articles. For future research, it is recommended to probe more than two journal articles and with a large data set.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of independece curriculum carried out by madrasas through the decree of the Ministry of Religious Affair (KMA) Number 347 of 2022. The approach used by researchers is a library research with content analysis method. In this research primary data source such as books, journals, newspapers, and other documents. The results of this research conclude that implementation of independent curriculum (kurikulum merdeka) in madrasas required learning facilities and infrastructure. In addition, educators are needed to understand the curriculum, such as learning achievements (CP), learning objectives (TP), and learning objectives flow (ATP). Beside it, the teacher must be able to integrate the material learning with orientation to strengthen profile of Pancasila students rahmatan lil alamin (P5 PPRA). This qualitative research ultimately has limitations considering that the results of this study do not reflect the implementation of independent curriculum in specific madrasa. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct more comprehensive research with field research.

Data was examined to assess parental influences on improvement in children's motivation and interest. This quantitative research applied simple regression analysis to the data. Yang berlaku dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah kurikulum 2013 yang merupakan penyempurnaan dari kurikulum sebelumnya. Kurikulum 2013 memiliki seperangkat komponen yang hendaknya diperhatikan dalam penerapannya. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran merupakan bentuk implementasi dari kurikulum tersebut. Oleh karenanya, pembelajaran, termasuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah harus mengacu pada landasan yuridis yang berlaku serta memperhatikan komponen-komponen dalam kurikulum 2013 itu sendiri. More particularly, the parental influences were observed while the children studied at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample (n = 66) was drawn from the population of students in the sub-district of Sambas, in the West Kalimantan region of Indonesia. Data was examined to assess parental influences on improvement in children's motivation and interest. This quantitative research applied simple regression analysis to the data. The analysis implementation uses the classical assumption test and hypothesis test with the assistance of SPSS for Windows version 26. Yang berlaku dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah kurikulum 2013 yang merupakan penyempurnaan dari kurikulum sebelumnya. Kurikulum 2013 memiliki seperangkat komponen yang hendaknya diperhatikan dalam penerapannya. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran merupakan bentuk implementasi dari kurikulum tersebut. Oleh karenanya, pembelajaran, termasuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah harus mengacu pada landasan yuridis yang berlaku serta memperhatikan komponen-komponen dalam kurikulum 2013 itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini komponen-komponen kurikulum tersebut di antaranya: tujuan pembelajaran, Materi dan sumber belajar, strategi dan metode pembelajaran, dan evaluasi sebagai instrumen penilaian. This study aims to analyze books, rules, researches, and news about teacher. To sum up, the educator problems include: poor quality teacher and low teacher salaries that are caused by some factors, government policy that is not implemented well, teacher training institution (LPTK) that are not able to produce a professional teacher.

to explore a collaboration model between guidance and
counseling teachers and parents for attaining learning objectives
and overcoming impediments. This research is a descriptive
analysis, which explores and analyzes the collaboration between
parents and counseling teachers in overcoming difficulties of
distance learning and in supporting best efforts that parents
should make to guide their children during online learning. The
data collection technique is library research, with the primary
sources being two journal articles from 2020-2021 about the roles
of parents and guidance and counseling teachers in online
learning. These sources were examined by a content analysis
method. Distance learning requires collaboration with various
parties engaged in different educational activities. Parents are
involved in the process of mutual communication in the
guidance and counseling program and development of
students. They also assist in collecting data and information and
they support the success of guidance and counseling services via
extracurricular monitoring. These various roles are seen to make
significant contributions to the effectiveness of the counseling
program implementation in schools. In particular, the parental
involvement in schooling methods and experiences can provide
positive support and influence for the development of student
growth. This study has limitation since it provides only few data
which cover two journal articles. For future research, it is
recommended to probe more than two journal articles and with
a large data set.
