Swift refund, great service

We were very grateful for the swift return of our monies, after an illness prevented us from attending an event. It was disappointing to miss the performance but Booking Protect refunded us promptly and efficiently. Thank you!

I had help when I needed it.

I had to reclaim a refund on one of my tickets for a recent event, as sadly my husband passed away between the time I booked and the event.
They could not have been more helpful or sympathetic and I much appreciated their very cooperative attitude.

Flawless from start to finish to be…

Flawless from start to finish to be honest did not think I'd get a full refund but was happily surprised.Gutted to miss the concert at the Royal Albert Hall but very relieved to get a full ticket refund of £125.The funds were deposited within 24 hours of notification that the refund had been awarded.Will only be using Booking Protect in future on all concert arrangements worth every penny.

Worth the money!

The refund process was very quick and easy but did require a fair bit of information to be provided for the claim. I would definitely use this service again for peace of mind as you never know if you might need it.

An unfortunate accident meant that my wife and I could not attend a concert for which we had bought tickets. I invoked the protection system and having supplied the required information received a refund of the ticket price within a day or so.

All I had to do was upload my medical
Certificate saying why I couldn’t attend a concert, and I got a full refund straight away! I am so happy I added booking protect to my purchase.

Wrong at every level

Took out their policy for a concert at the Royal Albert Hall but couldn’t travel on the day due to Storm Ashley. Apparently it didn’t affect the south east (seriously) despite local travel warnings and the sea coming over the sea wall. Insufficient evidence they say. So it’s been refused. Never again and a costly £80 lesson 🤬

Relatively quick and easy if you need to claim

When we needed to make a claim it was relatively easy to complete the on line form and upload the supporting documentation. How claim was handled promptly and we received confirmation that it was successful a few days later followed by the refund via bank transfer

Easy to use

Website is easy to use, uploaded documents, my application was processed within 48hrs, thankfully it was successful and refund paid into my bank. It's well worth the additional cost as we could have lost a lot of money on top of dealing with family illness. Thank you.

What a great service!
I had initial help by email, and then it was easy to fill in the requested info and attach the required documentation. The response was very quick, and my refund was in the bank the morning after I completed my bank details. I am very impressed.

Minor issue but no run-around

It was a bit of a pain to have to re-upload the documents twice, and to only be able to upload one file per category. But I was pleased not to get a bunch of run-around like wanting a letter from the surgeon explicitly saying that a week post-op I wouldn't be able to attend a concert.

Easy system to use and upload the documents required. Quick decision making and quick refund of payment made this a stress free exercise which is what you want when you are an inpatient in hospital and can’t attend the show you wanted to see!

To much work for legit refund

I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days very ill. There was no comparison or assistance's when I did buy the trip interruption. The hoops we needed to provide was large when ill and only one form of the way for refund was sketchy. Plus, no phone conversation possibility is sad. You need to improve for good people.

A Good Experience

The best part of this process was the speed in which the matter was processed. It was only a few days before the concert I was unable to attend, but thankfully I received the news that my money would be refunded in plenty of time. Thankyou!

Requesting Refund Due To Health Issues.

I had to ask for a refund as I was not able to go to a particular event due to health issues. The process was very straightforward as I provided my medical report along with basic information on their refund portal. My request was approved within a couple of days and the refund was deposited within a few extra days. Very smooth process all around.
